When I showed up to store my things, I was stopped by the foreman of the construction company that had the entire thoroughfare ripped up, and told that I could not enter. When I asked Elaine (the gal in the office) how they could do this without notifying customers. She replied "I have 300 units, and ther'es no way I can notify everybody". When I pointed out that my unit is paid for, but I cant access it, she replied..."we live in a capitalist society, what do you want me to do?" In other words, we got our $$$, you're just S.O.L. Elaine should take her elitist attitude back to California where it belongs.

I reviewed it with my family and within 30 minutes of our call we were at our storage unit unloading. She made sure it was easily accessible and clean for us which it was. I didn't get one with AC but it was easy to park and put our stuff in the unit. Would recommend!
