On site manager is friendly and very customer focused. We used it for storage but others keep or work on their classic cars on site. The owner is responsive and making improvements. When our house did sell we definitely wanted to use Budget Mini Storage. Once again kudos to Marie for making this an easy process. We find that it is so convenient to get in and out, while we are going through things to decide what will work with our house and what won't work. The house we have here is much smaller so we plan to keep the storage unit long term and even use it for seasonal item storage so that we have a clean uncluttered garage.
