I asked for her full name so that I can place a formal complaint but would not provide me. I asked to be seen by a different therapist so that I can compare and choose who I can meet for longer term. First, she responded with "the other therapist doesn't have any openings". On my first session I got to meet both therapist and she was open to meet for appointments, so I arranged a meet with her, provided that I have the authorization/referral changed to her name being added. I contacted my insurance to change the referral and add the other therapist. I contacted my insurance, and they changed it with no issues. I received a call the next business day from Lea. She had then told me that I'm not able to meet with the second therapist due their policy. She told me that I had to stay with the same therapist for the duration of my referral. I had the feeling that she was not telling the truth, so I asked to show me their policy. I also needed that to explain to my insurance why I can't do so. The scheduler lied to me to prevent me from seeing another therapist. I have no idea why, but I can only assume that it makes her job easier if she does it her way instead of giving customers an opportunity to do so. It's unfortunate to end up like this when I was really looking forward to continuing doing business with them. If anyone has any information on how to place a formal complaint, please direct me to it so that I can do so.

Not only does he specialize in upper cervical (he's the only one in Marysville), his bedside manner is amazing. He takes time with you and talks about everything he thinks about your adjustment, treatment, and also offers support with your day to day lifestyle. You never feel rushed out of his office! I am was undergoing chemotherapy when I started treatment with Dr. Statner. I was going through all the symptoms a person goes through during chemo, but the worse symptom I had was neuropathy in my arms. It would be so scary as I would lose my grip, my arm would go numb, and I wouldn't be able to hold my son. THE WORSE FEELING EVER. Let's fast forward, after my fifth adjustment, my nueropathy is completely gone! After 4 weeks, I feel amazing!! I was at my oncologist yesterday and I have been ALL CLEAR from cancer!! I am cancer free and feel amazing!!!!! I know the chemotherapy helped with my cancer, but getting upper cervical chiropractic care was what helped me get through it, boost up my immune system, and feel better than ever! Thank you Aaron!! After visiting his physician, having an MRI, and months of unsuccessful physical therapy the only other option offered to him was surgery. I was very nervous about this and wanted him to get a second opinion. Of course it was during the pandemic and he couldn't get in to see another physician. After reading up on his condition, I suggested he at least try a few other options before submitting to surgery. I called this local chiropractic office and was pleased at how easy it was to get him set up with an initial appointment and provide them with our insurance information for them to bill. The husband was gloomy and certain he'd just live like this forever but he went to the appointment with his MRI for Greg to look at. Greg reviewed the MRI and determined that the husband of mine would come in three times a week as well as made some suggestions for mattress toppers, back pillows, and exercises for him to do at home. The husband was willing to try anything recommended and was a model patient. As he slowly improved week by week he also become much more pleasant to be around and I was pretty thrilled with the magic Greg was working. As his flexibility improved and pain decreased so did his recommended visits and he now only comes in once a month or so for maintenance appointments and is practically pain free. He's been so pleased with his treatment, the flexibility of making and changing appointments due to his complicated work schedule, and really enjoyed working with Greg. He always came back from his appointments in a great mood laughing at something him and Greg had been talking about. However, my…read moreoverall experience was extremely disappointing because of how he handled billing and communication. When I was paying out of pocket, his prices were fair. After I got a new job, I learned my insurance should cover his services. Unfortunately, due to his delay in billing, I ended up paying almost triple what I would have paid in cash because I still had to meet my deductible. Later, it turned out he actually owed me a refund. When my insurance agent tried to help resolve the issue, he was rude to her and refused to cooperate. Then, instead of communicating with me about my refund, he blocked my phone number entirely. That level of unprofessionalism was shocking and really changed my opinion of his practice. While he's good at what he does clinically, the way he treats patients and handles business matters is completely unacceptable. I hope he learns to communicate with more respect and integrity.
