I have a chronic illness and have needed to reschedule my appointment a few times and most recently needed to reschedule and Leah was incredibly rude and discriminating towards me and my chronic illness saying I need to go elsewhere due to me rescheduling my appointment a few times. The healthcare system has gone downhill in Washington and someone like Leah is part of the problem. Stay away from this place unless you don't mind being treated like shit. I'd give 0 stars if I could, think perhaps it's time Leah find elsewhere to work :) read more

First, I would like to start with, the massage therapist did a great job and had no issues whatsoever. What I had issues with is their scheduler, I think her name is Lea. I asked for her full name so that I can place a formal complaint but would not provide me. I asked to be seen by a different therapist so that I can compare and choose who I can meet for longer term. First, she responded with "the other therapist doesn't have any openings". On my first session I got to meet both therapist and she was open to meet for appointments, so I arranged a meet with her, provided that I have the authorization/referral changed to her name being added. I contacted my insurance to change the referral and add the other therapist. I contacted my insurance, and they changed it with no issues. I received a call the next business day from Lea. She had then told me that I'm not able to meet with the second therapist due their policy. She told me that I had to stay with the same therapist for the duration of my referral. I had the feeling that she was not telling the truth, so I asked to show me their policy. I also needed that to explain to my insurance why I can't do so. The scheduler lied to me to prevent me from seeing another therapist. I have no idea why, but I can only assume that it makes her job easier if she does it her way instead of giving customers an opportunity to do so. It's unfortunate to end up like this when I was really looking forward to continuing doing business with them. If anyone has any information on how to place a formal complaint, please direct me to it so that I can do so. read more

I loved this office when Dr. Clark was there. Since Dr. Walsh has taken over, it is no longer the enjoyable experience that it once was and he is clearly all about the money and doesn't care as much about patient care, which is a shame. Their scheduling system is atrocious and it's either user/employee error or a bad software system, but either way my husband and I have made appointments and showed up and then we're informed that we did not have appointments that had been confirmed. We also had to cancel appointments the same day due to illness and were charged a $90 cancellation fee. We did the right thing by not going and spreading our colds to the staff and we were punished for it, which is wrong. I am very disappointed and hope they can turn it around and don't waste the legacy Dr. Clark worked so hard to build. read more

I have only used the services of Ashley, who does massage and cupping, but the staff overall is extremely friendly and, most importantly, competent. As someone who has suffered for years with TMJ and basically having the muscles from my right ear down through my shoulder clinging together as one unit (already had surgery a few years back for a torn superspinatus and frozen shoulder), I had pretty much given up on real relief. After hearing Ashley talk about her training and approaches to deep tissue massage, I decided to give her a try. So glad that I did. She has an intuitive awareness and really listens to feedback. In a few weeks I could feel my ear, jaw, neck, and shoulder as separate entities again! Still working on further healing things, but what has built up over 25 years isn't going to go away overnight. What she has already accomplished is more than all but one previous provider (a brilliant but now retired physical therapist) has managed for me. Highly recommend Ashley! read more

I've been to a lot of chiropractors and after my favorite chiropractor in Seattle moved away I've been trying to find another great one. Finally I found one! And close to home...yay! I have several injuries and chronic pain that I deal with including torn tendons in my back, a whiplash injury and a torn deltoid and pectoral muscle. I'm complicated and need someone who really knows their stuff. When I called to make the initial appointment I was quoted the exam/rad/adjustment fee and I found it very reasonable. The receptionist offered to call my insurance and get approval but my insurance sucks and I asked to just pay out of pocket. Basically by going through all the trouble with my sucky insurance I get about $7 off. Not worth my time. She laughed, agreed that insurance companies could be tough to deal with and got me set up the next day. I was greeted and taken in back promptly. The Dr. explained everything that was going to happen and gave me a lot of great info and explained some stuff that I hadn't known about and offered to do a more comprehensive treatment (diet, adjustments, massage). That's exactly what I had been looking for. I'd rather figure out what's causing all the issues rather than just treating the symptoms as they come up. I was told up front that the Dr. would go over my xrays at the next appointment so there were no surprises. The adjustment was amazeballs! There were areas on my back that he was able to adjust that no one else had touched in over a year. The adjustment itself was pain free and I felt better almost immediately. I do appreciate a gentle adjustment. As I said, I choose to just pay out of pocket for my treatments so I can't attest to their billing but I found their pricing to be VERY reasonable. An out of pocket adjustment is $40 which I can swing no problem. Five stars to this clinic, great staff, good treatment, massage services are offered there, plenty of parking is available and hours are reasonable. read more

Took my 12 year old son here when he started complaining about some pain in his back. I was so impressed with the thorough evaluation he was given. Dr. Clark was great with the diagnosis and continued care. Before going to one of our appointments my son commented that going to Dr. Clark was better than Disneyland. He is feeling amazing and loves going to get adjusted. Highly recommend visiting the office. They are all very friendly and care about the whole you. read more

I have been using Dr. Clark and Stasha Clark for a few years now and they are knowledgeable and care 110% for your well being. If something is ailing you they know what to do to fix it. It is a full service place from a new diet program, massages, chiropractic, sell Juice Plus to now this new body contouring!!! Which I'm now trying after getting rid of 30 pounds!!! I have sent my friends and family here because they are great! There is no pressure to buy anything. If you ask about it they will fill you in. If you don't ask they wish you a wonderful day! While Dr. Jeff Clark may be a decent chiropractor, their billing and financial practices leave much to be desired. Ensure that you have proper insurance coverage and that you get any arrangements otherwise in writing. We ended up being billed for services that we believed we'd already paid for and having never received any notification from our insurance provider that we owed any more, it was quite surprising to get a phone call almost a year after our last visit, asking why we hadn't paid. read more

Due to my experience at another chiropractor, I was desperate for quality care immediately and found Dr. Clark through a referral from a colleague. After the first two treatments, my pain was eliminated that was caused by another chiropractor. This office is more than just a chiropractor office. They incorporate all aspects of physical and mental health and it shows through every staff member. I was always skeptical of chiropractic medicine until I met Dr. Jeffrey Clark. I had been having neck and shoulder pain as well as headaches for years and he is the first medical professional to actually take an X-ray of my neck. He determined that the cause went back to an accident I had at 18. Thanks to Dr. Clark's expertise I have more fluid movement in my neck and less pain in my shoulders. His wife Stasha off sets the chiropractic with amazing massage techniques. She is actually teaching me how to administer some of those techniques to myself for relation and pain relief.
