Granite Kingdom was amazing to deal with. I showed up on Wednesday at 3:45 without an appt. Another contractor had dropped the ball on granite countertops for a rental. A renter was in there with temporary plywood countertops. Jen and GK jumped right on it and helped out. They came out the next day (they drove from Kennesaw to Buford at 4:30 p.m.), and I just heard from Jen and they are installing the countertops today!!! Wow!! a 48-hour turnaround. The granite is beautiful and it was $420 cheaper than the other contractor. A win-win, for sure. I would HIGHLY recommen GK for any project you have. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Granite Kingdom for your next kitchen remodel. Brayan and his team had great communication and provided stellar customer service throughout the entire project. They went above and beyond with taking our input every step of the way. The team is very organized, clean, and detail oriented. My parents not speaking English very well provided a challenge for us, but Brayan took his time to try and understand what they wanted. They didn't feel rushed or embarrassed by not knowing exactly what to say. Brayan made them feel very comfortable and worked very well with them to make sure he understood exactly how they wanted their new kitchen. In August 2020 I contracted with Granite Kingdom owner, Brayan Vergara, to have my kitchen cabinets refinished and a granite-topped island replaced. After completion I noticed chipping of the painted cabinets. I contacted Mr. Vergara and he visited my home and confirmed that the paint was not adhering to the cabinets. He promised multiple times to have his employee return to fix the damage. I contacted him several times until March 5, 2021 when he stopped returning my texts and calls. I have since contacted two different contractors that have stated that the cabinets were inadequately prepared (sanded and primed) and therefore they would need to have the current finish removed and the surfaces correctly prepared and then repainted. To re-do the work will cost more than we paid to have the work originally done. Also, after reviewing my contract I realized that I paid for legs that were never added to my kitchen island. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the company did not respond to their inquiry. read more
