Horrible!!! They had my 2024 Prius Prime for nearly 4 months and didn't do any work on it! I called…read morethem before having my car towed there and they quoted me 3 weeks to repair the collision damage. After 4 months, they told me they could not do the work and I'd need to take it elsewhere... In the meantime, I have to pay around $500/mo lease payments, $1,000/mo rental car payments and $1,600 insurance... so $7.6k later, still no car... and waiting for the other body shop to repair my car. I bought a used car to avoid more car rental expenses. You'd be crazy to take your vehicle here.
