Horrendous place. The worst imaginable environment and customer service. Huge waits, with no…read moreplace to wait. No waiting room, no chairs, just a small open room in front of the counter. This place is always awful, but my last experience with them was the final straw. They have low prices, but that's it. They are very under=staffed, so the person waiting on the counter is also the person doing the tire changing. So you can wait an hour or more just to talk to someone about tires. My last purchase there was a set of 4 tires. I let them talk me into paying extra for the full extra warranty and road hazard protection package. A couple weeks after getting the new tires, a deer jumped out in front of me on the interstate, and I had to brake hard to avoid hitting it. Apparently this caused flat spots on the tires, because after that I had thumping from my tires. I went back to Tire Warehouse to talk to them about doing something about the problem. First, I had to wait TWO HOURS just to talk to someone about it. When I was finally able to speak to someone, he immediately told me tough luck, and the flat spots on the tires were not covered under the warranty. I would NEVER go back to this awful place, even if they were giving away tires.

First, they were able to do an alignment on my car that the Littleton one always said they couldn't do for one reason or another and second they were able to get me in and out really quickly when I was in a rush to get a couple tires replaced. I went back recently to get some new winter wheels which is always a bit nerve wracking because I'm terrible at wheel shopping but I provided an example of what I was looking for and went with the suggestion from one of the employees, set up an appointment and came back to get them installed a week later. Once they were installed they looked great and I thoroughly appreciate the great suggestion and the fantastic customer service. I'll definitely be going back again in a few months to get a new set of Pirelli's for my summer wheels.

And due to negative knowledge of Vermont roads Cooper refused to cover the warranty, still had 20,000 miles left on warranty. Canon hooked me up. Got me a brand new tire mounted and balanced for $100. Same day service. Canon awesome, Cooper failure, VDOT is pathetic. Highly recommend Canon!!!

She failed to mention, however, that there would be a 1.50 tire fee for each tire and a 12 to 14-dollar service fee for each tire. Was told it would take 45 min to an hour; it took an hour and a half. Some associates could use some improvement on customer service skills (I work in retail). On the bright side, the manager was nice
