Staff is very kind in their patient interactions. Dr. Fox answered all of our questions and was very thorough.

The practice offers excellent care. I have seen Dr. Fox on two separate occasions concerning painful foot callouses and he has been excellent in helping me get address this annoying and painful condition. I have been using Granite State Podiatry for about 4 years. I used to be treated by Dr. Stephen Rudman, who was terrific. I recently went again because of an ingrown toenail that was causing me a lot of pain. I made an appointment to have it removed, as I was sick dealing with it. When I got there, I was informed that Dr. Rudman had retired(lucky him!). Dr. Kristin Visco, his replacement and recent med school graduate, was my new doctor. Dr. Visco was quite impressive - very friendly and professional. She checked out my toe and thankfully told me she could probably take care of it without removing the toenail - which was a tremendous relief! She quickly did some minor cutting away of a callous under the nail, and told me to soak it a few times in the next couple of days, and it should be fine. She was right - I'm walking around in no pain and am very happy. A more unscrupulous Doctor might have gone ahead with my request to remove the nail, as they would probably make a lot more money on it, and as I had full coverage insurance, wouldn't have effected me financially one way or the other. Dr. Visco needs to go back to medical school and learn patient care and how to trim nails. Then they screw up on my appointment and said it was my mistake. WRONG....WRONG....WRONG. You are not the only podiatrist in town and you're definitely not perfect. read more

Brought my daughter here for an ingrown toenail. We were seen by Dr. Kasyjanski and couldn't have been more pleased. He removed part of her toenail and it was quick and painless for my daughter. He was efficient yet patient with her throughout the process. After the procedure the toenail became infected, as these things happen, and we were able to get in the same day and prescribed oral antibiotics. It was nice to know there was follow up by the Doctor, even in an obviously busy office, they still managed to squeeze her in for an appt. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Kasyjanski for over 4 years. I recently had a bunion surgery Dec 6th, 2019. It has been less than 5 weeks and my recovery has been to extraordinary. I was off pain meds in 3 days, walking without crutches in my 7th day and never felt better in my life. I would highly recommend this surgeon for all your foot care needs. My daughter who lives Washington state is starting to have the same issues as myself. Should the need come for any corrections(inserts) or surgery for her feet, I will fly her out from Seattle and have her issues dealt with this Podiatrist. I can not express how much I trust the care I get from Granite State Podiatry. Kudos to all the staff at GS podiatry...you are the best!!!!! A special thank you to Dr. K. Beware! I purchased expensive orthotics ($650) from Dr. Souza, and was told that I could come back any time in order to have the orthotics tweaked if needed at no additional cost. I did return on two occasions and after my second return visit, I was surprised by a letter stating that my insurance company was charged $160, and I needed to pay a $40 co-pay. His reasoning was that I asked questions about my foot injury over and beyond the simple orthotic adjustment. The real fact is that Dr. Souza is a talker and offers bits of advice about foot care. Yet I get billed for his chatter with absolutely no warning. Very unfair to insurances as well as the customer. Their motto should be, "Show me the money." I did not pay and I will never visit their office again. read more
