I would like to talk about the amazing service we receive from the Tops and More. First the process of walking into the warehouse floor and seeing the slabs of granite was breath taking. The company was open on there prices. They said I could put a 25 dollar or a 250 dollar square in my kitchen. They were on time and polite. Great team to work with. And I love my kitchen. Not to mention that they went all the way to Kentucky. And did not charge me extra. I tell anyone looking for Granit to call them first. read more

I wish I had better things to say about this company, but I really don't. I had to take numerous days off work due to a failed install on the first go-round. The first countertop had a large crack in it. I was then passive-aggressively accused of causing the crack myself. After getting an all new color installed, the sink was installed, and it was leaky from the get-go. Literally as the workers were still there it was leaking. They wouldn't fix it. Now, a year later, the leak has made the faucet unusable, and a different plumber will have to install an entirely new faucet. Stand clear of these jokers. Low prices, however. read more

I want to share my experience interacting with this business. I have appreciated the knowledge of colors, styles and design expertise recommended for my home. However, it is unfortunate that I did not have a similar experience when it comes to the installation process. My experience proved to have a lack of attention to detail, poor / unprofessional communication and no engagement from management and owner despite my request being made multiple times. I have continued to be very flexible with my own work schedule and time I have taken off to accommodate the continued mishaps. Including, the first installation date being missed due to their incorrect measurement of the kitchen sink cabinet. I took a half day off work for this as well as having to cancel/reschedule my plumbers who were scheduled the next day to install the kitchen faucet, disposal and dishwasher. One week later I was scheduled for 1:30pm and that was missed as well. I received a text message at 1:10pm advising that the installation could take place between 4-5pm. I had already left work and had another half day off. When no one had showed up by 5:15pm I attempted to contact both the store and the employee that I had been working with. I got no answer nor a call back. Finally, at 6:10pm the installers showed up and installed the countertops. You have a beautiful product but, the poor communication and lack of attention to detail has cost me 2 weeks without the use of my kitchen, plumbing and many hours of missed work. While they offered a small price adjustment, they did not compensate me to the level I was comfortable with. Most of all, my concerns were disregarded and not taken seriously. Based off of the Better Business Bureau rating and their accreditation being revoked as well as my personal experience I will not be recommending this company to anyone nor using them for any other projects of my own. read more

These guys installed our granite counter tops last year. A few weeks ago I noticed a long, thin crack in the stone. I called, and two days later they sent someone out to look at it. He said it was a pressure crack, which can be a natural break in the stone. They came back out the next day to repair and seal the crack - no charge, no hassle, and very little inconvenience. This business severely damaged our new hardwood floors when they brought in the granite for our island. They have refused to compensate us for the damage, denying that their delivery men caused the deep grooves in the floor. The manager and the owner were given pictures the day it happened, and they made promises to repair the floor that they did not honor. We are VERY disappointed with the absence of professionalism concerning this matter. read more

I booked about 5 slabs when the former manager was there. Jogly was great to work with. He was gone and since then it is a nightmare to deal with this company. Very poor customer service. They yell at you for their misunderstandings and miscommunications. They show up in wrong locations, and tell you later that they have to charge more for coming back. They charge for cuts which were originally included in the deal. Jonathan and Eddie are horrible to work with. The way they talk to you is unbelievable. Very sad. It was a good place but now has a very poor management. read more

Granite Tops and More was recommended to us by a friend at work. We went over to the office and Eduardo and their installers were able to address our questions to our satisfaction. No pressure sales. They were able to schedule and complete the work within a short time. We did our kitchen counter tops, and the job came out great. The price was very fair and the selection was plenty given the size of the shop. We had the kitchen counter tops installed since early September and we are very satisfied with the work.
