They will tell you turn around time to m MAIL a check is 8 days well it's been 2 month and still no check and everytime you call it's a game. they're. Not satisfied w the work despite meeting their requirements or preventing any payouts by losing checks not mailing to the correct address. they only paid 30% of an insurance settlement to bring house to 50% then use a company to inspect where they have you submit pics rather than them actually inspecting. even after completing renovations they are still withholding funds from a flood payout and requiring release of liens from companies not used only submitted as estimates to get work started and for companies they DENIED funds for this company is awful. I spend multiple times a week on the phone w them as they will never release any funds unless you constantly call. and the only one who seems to have some clue is a supervisor but good luck getting one as it appears that's a constant issue as their phone employees don't understand how to do their job I've asked multiple times for them to sell my mortgage and even they don't know who's in charge of that. the generic response is call customer service and leave a message to never receive a call back

Completely disorganized! They were such a pain to deal with. The underwriting and the branch…read moremanager acted like they had never lent money before. They didn't know what they needed from me. I was left scrambling at the last second because they didn't know what I needed. They said that I needed "$X" to bring to closing well I decided to bring "$X+" because I had a bad feeling PRM didn't have their information dialed in. Luckily I did that because they were short $500 on their closing costs. In the 25th hour, they were explained they could not use all of the seller provided money to cover all of the closing cost. Luckily I had the reserve transferred over or I would have not got the email. Then they missed the guideline to transfer the money so I didn't get my keys until the following day which had a rippling effect in my life because I had movers lined up that night and was going out of town the next day. I emailed their customer support. Got a bunch of apologies but basically told me they did everything right and this was a part of the process. Both Relators said this was a horrible experience and would never use PRM with any of their clients. Save your time with this company and go somewhere else. NOT WORTH IT.

A close mutual friend gave Mrs. Bauserman my number, to see if I might be interested in refinancing our mortgage, since Mrs. Bauserman had done such a great job for her. To be honest, I really wasn't to keen on her calling me at first, and told her that I wasn't interested at that time. Now keep in mind, this was in January, before the rates dropped down so low. As a courtesy, Mrs. Bauserman, then reached out to me in March, to let me know about the rates, and didn't want me to miss out on a great rates. Although I had a pretty low interest rate already, I was interested in what Mrs. Bauserman could do for me, and possibly combining a couple other loans into the 1st along with a lower rate. Then of course COVID-19 happened, and seemed to slow the process drastically. However, Mrs. Bauserman kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire refinance. The only time I had to contact Mrs. Bauserman, was when I needed to return her call. She kept in tight communication with me, to keep the process moving forward, and reassure me that everything was going to be ok. Now, I'd be lying if I said there were no hiccups in the process. But, all things considered, with COVID-19, everything was taken care of, to my satisfaction. At the end of the day, Mrs. Bauserman was able to lower our current interest rate, and we were able to save close to $1k a month in bills, after the refinance. Now, I can't guarantee that she will save you as much money (who knows, maybe she can save you more), but she will take care of you like family, and will stay in constant contact with you, like you are her only client. I never felt for once, that she was placing me on the back burner, I always felt like #1 on her list of clients. If your looking to refinance, and take advantage of these great rates, or you just want to consolidate some your bills, give Tina Bauserman a call.
