Maybe their problem is with administration, but from all my years in HR, your problems normally start at the top and roll downhill. Disappointing. After being treated extremely poorly by the vet tech, the clinic did nothing but defend their employee. Talk about the worst in customer service and a complete lack of empathy towards our 16 year old senior dog. This clinic charges premium pricing, but provides substandard customer service.

The staff was very nice but Dr Maddie got mad at us because we couldn't feed Teddy's meals 12 hrs apart. We have another dog and she couldn't go 12 hrs so we couldn't string Teddy out that far either. Dr Maddie dismissed us from her practice because of that. She never showed true compassion for him. She told us to go to Skalkaho and I told her it was too far so she recommended Burnt Fork in Stevi. Thank God. They are so kind, compassionate and caring. When I brought a Teddy in for the last time several girls ran out to my car to help me bring him inside. I don't know what I would've done without them. The X-ray showed a bunch of string like /plastic material and something lodged in her small intestine. To say the least our cat wouldn't have lived another day. We couldn't afford the 6000$ quote on the spot for our kitty :( The kind lady Stacy at the Emergency vet recommended I call our primary vet, Cats on Broadway. The earliest they could get our cat in would be the following Monday. 5 days away. There's absolutely no way she would have made it. After hearing this, Stacy called Last Best Vet as she highly highly recommended them. They immediately responded and told us they would be able to perform the surgery the same day. They saved our cats life. They are so much more affordable then anyone else in town. On top of that they are mobile if needed but if able to take your pet to them they have an amazing property and set up to take care of your 4 legged friend and it saves a small travel fee. The ambulance is immaculate ! Dr Longoria and his wife Crystal are Angels sent from above. I'm overcome with emotion on their approach to the situation . Our cat is recovering so much today already. This is what they found in her stomach. Thank you Last Best Vet! We will be having them become our animals new Primary Vet as they are also capable of doing vaccines and such. Took my dog in for only an echocardiogram as I had seen 2 different Vets in the last 5 weeks. I…read morejust wanted a dental cleaning, but one Vet said my dog needed one as he had a possible murmur. I made appointment and was told that the bill would be approximately $300-$500. When I get there they take us to a room and hand me 3 papers with an estimate of $600-$1,200! I tell them that I won't sign or agree to that. Bait and switch tactics. They take my dog into the back and come back out 30+ minutes later saying that they can't take the echocardiogram due to his anxiety and to give him some Trazadone and bring him back another time. So I leave. But they want $130 for what they did in the back. Now I never authorized any exams or treatments other than an Echocardiogram which they couldn't do. I asked them for an itemized bill and what they did in the back without my consent, and they said that they would email it to me. So I gave them my credit card and I am disputing the charges under duress. And everyone that works there is very young. And just money hungry. And if you believe that they are old enough to be a "specialist " then I have some swampland in Florida to sell you. Don't take your animal there unless you're loaded and want to throw your money away.
