Charla and her staff are very friendly and take good care of Dottie whenever she goes in for her grooming and goes in to spend time with the other dogs before and after her appointment. Dottie now 13 years old has been going to see Charla since she was a puppy and passed the "test" that ensured that she would be safe with the other dogs big and small. I can't express how pleased I was with the work Michelle did on grooming our 17 year old cat Chloe. She is long haired and and with age was extremely matted and uncomfortable. Michelle had previously groomed Chloe but the area around her belly was too hard to get to and Chloe lost patience. This time Michelle was able to shave that area and the results were excellent. 5 stars is absolutely not sufficient for the care and service provided equating to a real comfort level when leaving our pup for daycare or overnight stays. The staff is welcoming, informative, they listen to the food instructions and / or additional information. They have a selection process to ensure your pet is safe with the other pets and are quick to respond with any inquiries. The all important socialization, caring attention and activities make it a great home away from home to enjoy as well as contributes to our peace of mind. We have been taking our pup, Gump, to Quick Paws for 3 years and couldn't be happier with Charla and her great staff. Gump goes on hikes once a week and gets boarded here whenever we are out of town. We have never experienced an issue with being quoted one price and then asked to pay another. Gump is a rather high needs dog with food allergies and separation anxiety. With all his issues, Gump loves the staff here and is never given treats he is allergic to. The staff was even nice enough to hand feed him the first time he was boarded and refused to eat because of his anxiety. I know there are other boarding/daycare options in Missoula that may be cheaper, but I would never have Gump go anywhere else. I have been coming here for a little over 3 years to get my dog groomed. After about a little over a year and a half, the haircuts have gotten worse and worse. The really good groomers have seemed to move on from here, not only do they not listen to how you would like your dog to look with showing them pictures from past haircuts. Every time my pup leaves here he poops and pees right in front of the doors like he's been caged up for hours and they haven't let him out, and drinks a huge bowl of water when we get home from being so thirsty. I have had some pretty dope groomers in the past who have worked with me and my dog. But after giving them the benefit of the doubt the last few times I will not be giving them my business any longer. read more

We have been taking our Bichon Coco to Quick Paws for almost 5 years. (She just turned 5 in April.) Coco loves going to Quick Paws so much for daycare, grooming, and boarding that we cannot say "Quick Paws" in our house or she will get so excited and run to the car thinking she gets to go to her favorite place. Charla and the staff obviously love the dogs and are always happy to see her with a warm and loving welcome. The facility is spotless and fun with an outdoor playground and comfortable sleeping quarters. They meet every dog before letting him or her become a client in case for some reason it is not a good fit and monitor the dogs' behavior to make sure it is a harmonious place for all of them. I cannot say enough good things about Quick Paws and the staff. They make dog ownership so much easier for my family. read more

Our pup has had more than his share of incidents, requiring veterinary care, broken leg, broken pelvis, etc., so when it comes to someone grooming him, I'm really particular in who I trust him with! I have literally never written an online review of anything. Quick Paws is the BEST THING EVER. I actually don't live in Missoula anymore, and I've quickly learned just how spoiled my dog and I were with Quick Paws. They take excellent care of their dogs. I have a German Shepherd, and they were not phased by his breed at all. My dog LOVED going there and didn't want to come home. Quick Paws is incredibly professional, and Charla and her staff are very personable, as well. They love your dog almost as much as you do and work really hard to ensure he has a great time in their care. Beyond that, they are full service. They do basically everything except practice veterinary medicine. They'll pick your dog up from your house and bring him home. If your dog is more comfortable at home when you're away, they'll come to your house to feed, water, and walk him - and they'll grab your mail and water your plants, too. They also do grooming. Their hiking program is exceptional and always kept my pup entertained - and they entertained me with daily photos of my dog's hiking antics. There are many things to love about Missoula, and there are many things I miss since moving away. But I honestly have to say that Quick Paws is one of the things I miss most about Missoula - and I'm pretty sure my dog agrees. read more

Well, his "service dog" are Charla, staff and the daily assortment of well socialized, well loved dogs in Quickpaws' daycare and boarding that keep my life not only sane but happy. Hiking, walking, grooming, photos, attention-- Quickpaws offers it all for your dog(s). Three years ago, I had to go out of town for two months of medical treatment and Charla and staff took my dog not only into care but into their hearts. He was so well loved. I got regular photos and updates whenever I needed to hear them. Quick Paws hiking and daycare is hands-down the best we have found in Missoula for our 2 dogs. We have tried them all and can't say enough about how happy we are to have finally gotten in at Quick Paws (the waiting list is worth it!) Charla and her staff keep the facility spotless and it always smells so clean and good in there that we are momentarily taken aback when we arrive. Our dogs always carry that clean smell on their fur when they come home and it is a pleasant reminder of what a good job they do! They have thought of everything when it comes to housing the dogs and are very honest about how your dog is doing, plus they always have one or more staff in the daycare area with the dogs separate from the staff that mans the front desk - not all petcare facilities do that and it gives us comfort that someone is always keeping an eye on the dogs' interactions. Our dogs do the 2-hour hike 3 days a week and seem to love it, plus they come home tired which we love! The hiking staff gives a daily report on how our dogs did on the hike, which we really appreciate, plus there are pictures posted each night so we can see for ourselves that are pups are happy and having fun. One of our dogs cut his paw on something during one hike and they were concerned enough to bring it to our attention and disinfect it before they sent him home with us, and again we really appreciated the attention and concern. We are thrilled to have Quick Paws and plan to be hiking, boarding, and daycaring our dogs for years to come. Highly recommend! read more
