Wayne Electric replaced my 100A Challenger electric service panel with an Eaton 200A panel in 8…read morehours at a reasonable price. A service tech came out on Friday 11:00 am to assess an unexplained outage that eliminated about half of the electric in my home. Within 45 minutes he discovered that 1 side of the main panel was virtually destroyed -- burnt and melted main breaker, among other things -- and needed attention ASAP. His team of 3 technicians prioritized the repair for the following Monday. The main tech Craig was thorough, amiable, confident, and no nonsense. The work was pretty complex, requiring installation of a much larger panel, and therefore drywall removal, adding much larger connections from the outside metered box to the inside panel, removing and replacing all conduit connections to the box, adding a 20' conduit/ground wire from the water meter, adding 2 8' ground bars outside, and testing everything. Work was superb, brought everything up to code, and they left the entire work area clean. Highly recommend. 5 of 5 stars for sure.

I reached out to energy co. They estimated the lowest price. I asked him to come take pictures and provide me with an official estimate because I was on a tight turnaround for the job. When he came out to take pictures, we agreed on the price and date. Unfortunately, I never received an email estimate and I never heard back from Energy Co. Thanks to Yelp's project feature, I was also matched with Kai Electric who did come out and provide my service. Unfortunately, Energy co is unserious and unprofessional. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. I do not recommend this business.
