Nadia asked me questions and took notes about my problem areas so she could tailor the experience to my needs. Her studio is relaxing, comfortable and clean, tucked away in lovely Dennis village. She remembers my preferences and encourages me to voice any changes I'd like (e.g. change hight on face cradle, table warmth temperature, air temp etc) so the end result is that each time I see her is even better than the last. I consider her massages essential to my physical health. She has healing hands and can find any area in you body that may need to be addressed. She gets results because she cares and really wants to relieve the pain or discomfort you may be having, For example, last year I had complications from meniscus (knee) surgery and it wasn't healing.
