I have both home and auto insurance with STATE FARM, and this office got my information from STATE FARM system. I am with another agent from another office. They fist sent out an email to me saying that "WE GOT YOUR REQUEST". A couple day later which is today they have their staff to call me about my interest in auto insurance quote, which is not TRUE at all. They are legit business and they should not do their business this way. i do not like it at all. read more

All About Customer Service There is really not a tremendous distinction in insurance rates between agencies in a company (and really not too much outside too). So the way that an agent make themselves shine out is by the quality of office based customer service. In this regard we have had nothing but good experiences. Grant Murphy's agency has always been prompt to reply, courteous, professional and competent in dealing with our needs. 30x30 Number 6 (sorry I am so late with these....having a baby makes getting on the computer really hard sometimes...ha!) Well.... we transferred our insurance with State Farm in California up to Hillsboro and honestly, these guys were great. They took care of everything for me with a single phone call and managed to get our rates lower as well. I know some insurance stuff goes by zip code but saving money, no matter how it is done..is nice! One thing that I believe sets them apart is that they offered to help us with our 401K transfers as well. Apparently there are things you need to know/do when you move states with a 401k and I would not have had any idea if it was not for these guys. Way to go State Farm. read more
