WARNING This joint has the worst customer service and…read morecommunication ever. We were left high and dry due to them not being specific with the meet up directions. They wouldn't accommodate us in any way. We went to the attraction looking for the group and called them a million times with no answer and finally contacted them via text on WhatsApp. Explained we missed the meet up and if they could email or message the facility and they wouldn't do a fucking thing. Completely rude and unsympathetic IF YOU USE THESE DICKHEADS YOU WILL REGRET IT

My husband and myself were awed by the beauty of the monument to history of Spain. We would highly recommend this tour with this group. It was very well organized and started promptly.

SCAM DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY…read moreI booked a guided tour of the Alhambra palace in Granada and paid a premium, because I wanted to visit in the morning, so booked a 10am tour because this suited me perfectly. I had other plans for the afternoon. I received a message from Granavision the evening before my tour, informing me my tour had been moved to 2pm. This is not what I wanted, however as I was in Granada for a very short time, I decided to change my afternoon plans and made my way to the Alhambra for 2pm. On arrival I was informed I had been booked onto a Spanish speaking tour, despite booking an English speaking tour. I was the only English speaking person in the office, so clearly there were no plans for an English speaking tour. Granavision offered me the use of an audioguide, instead of a guided tour, and as I was leaving Granada the next morning I felt I had no other choice. Clearly this was a much less expensive option, and I was told I would be able to claim for a refund for the difference. This was not true, because of Granavision's cancellation policy - apparently the policy applies if they cancel the tour themselves - HOW DISHONOURABLE AND DECEITFUL. I paid more than 2.5 times the value of an entrance ticket to Alhambra so that I could guide myself around, using my own headphones and a very basic, unreliable audioguide. As other reviewers have mentioned, Granavision use third party agents and then blame them for any issues. Granavision have behaved in a very unprofessional manner and it is clear to me, in retrospect, they have a well-rehearsed way of lying to customers. Selling tours you do not run is FRAUD. AVOID - Look at other 1 star reviews
