We booked the Granada electric bike tour and our guide was Mario. Mario was right on time and check-in was a breeze. He went over some safety and operational instructions and then we were off! Mario was an excellent guide who gave us some nice historical facts as we viewed various sights along the way. The bike tour is a great way to get to know the village in a fast and fascinating way. Not only was he amazing during the tour, but he also gave us some excellent recommendations that we are so thankful for. We took his recommendation for an authentic Flamenco show and a restaurant with an amazing view of Alhambra. He knew exactly which table we should sit at and made sure that the restaurant placed us there. It was honestly our best meal during our 2 week trip to Spain! We highly recommend the e-bike tour and recommend Mario even more!

Had the ebike tour with Tibo...we went early at 930am, the street were clear and Tibo got to show us sight we normally probably won't...he had good knowledge about the city and had amazing views. Would def recommend for anyone good with bikes as there are some downward slopes some might be scared with.

When the reviews are bad... listen to them! Play Granada offers a variety of tours, but make sure to follow instructions & meet at the Play Granada office for your Alhambra tickets, as they are not located at Alhambra! If you miss the instructions, it'll take an extra 30+ mins to get to Play Granada. I wanted to experience the grandeur of Alhambra at my own pace without feeling rushed. However, if you're planning to rely on the audioguide Play Granada provides... DON'T. Play Granada's online QR audio system relies on internet connection, which makes it pretty useless since you won't get much of a signal at Alhambra. If you still decide to book despite the poor reviews... make sure to bring your own headphones. Note: Ticket does NOT include entry to the Nasrid Palaces or a live guide read more

WARNING This joint has the worst customer service and communication ever. We were left high and dry due to them not being specific with the meet up directions. They wouldn't accommodate us in any way. We went to the attraction looking for the group and called them a million times with no answer and finally contacted them via text on WhatsApp. Explained we missed the meet up and if they could email or message the facility and they wouldn't do a fucking thing. Completely rude and unsympathetic IF YOU USE THESE DICKHEADS YOU WILL REGRET IT read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company The worst experience we have had while traveling in Spain and we use Viator all the time for tours They sent us a an image for the starting point of the tour at 3 pm There was an address but when we clicked the image it took us to a "maps" option I chose Apple Maps and my husband chose Google Maps to navigate there Both maps took us to a crowded plaza We were supposed to get there a bit early which we did We waited for 15 minutes There was No groups of people or any evidence of a tour gathering We tried to both call and use the messaging system they have to on their site to no avail No one answers the phone We finally decided to go to the destination, La Alhambra on our own via taxi to see if we could find the group or maybe get into the Alhambra on our own No luck Finally after 30 minutes almost 4:00pm we get a response to come back to their office and get our tickets... the Alhambra closes at 6 pm They refused to email them or screenshot them They wanted us to take 2 more taxi rides This was a ridiculous option It would have taken another 30 minutes to get there and back if we were lucky They were so rude and not at all empathetic to our situation They had no response to why they didn't try to call us before they left the pick up spot other than "too bad it is your problem" Face value of full access tickets to Alhambra is 35 Euro We paid 259.00$ for 2 people because we were not able to secure tickets online even as far as 3 weeks ago They are the WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!! Do NOT give them any of your hard earned money They are a total rip off and really don't care at all about their customers, just your money! read more

This self guided tour with audio guide was terrible. Over priced, bad and faulty audio equipment, long lines and bad customer service. We bought $18 tickets in the Alhambra to the Nasrid Palace and returned our audio machines. Do not use this tour company. read more

Scam. Ruined our stay in Granada. I booked an Alhambra tour, and when I arrived the tour operator (refused to give me his name) told me that he did not book our tickets and offered me a tour the next day. When I requested a refund, he said he could not offer a refund because he had already checked me in (for a tour that he did not buy our tickets for). He lied to me multiple times and conducted business in a very improper way. I still haven't gotten my money back. Avoid this place. read more

Had a great time doing a two hour walking tour through two of the oldest districts in Granada. Note that you can haggle the prices down a bit for the tour - but it's at most 20 euro per person anyway which is well worth the experience! The tour guide was friendly, knowledgable and clearly loves what she does! I'd highly recommend this tour company. read more

Never went to tour. Just fair warning about so-called tourist office in the central bus station in Granada. They will try sell you the tour, giving obvious lies about Alhambra. When we arrived at the bus station we went to the closest tourist office and asked for a map. The lady there tried to sell us this guided tour to the city and partial parts of Alhambra, saying it was impossible to get tickets to Alhambra because everything is always superboked. That people book Alhambra tickets three months ahead to this season. we arrived thursday, booked for friday, no problem at all. If this is an approach this company use to sell tickets to the tour, then you can probably find something better. read more

DO NOT BOOK with them, unless you're ok with traveling all the way to Granada for a visit to the Alhambra, only to find out they didn't book the entrance ticket for you and your family. Talk about being heartbroken and disappointed. Not only did we get a confirmation from Expedia, we also got a text from Sylwia (booking Manager that works for Sixthrills) asking for our passport information so we text her back literally THREE minutes later and she confirmed our receipt. Now that we are here in their office, our reservation is not here, AND when the help desk receptionist called to talk to Sylwia, she blamed us for getting back to her too late. Really? THREE minutes was too long?Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Literally came here just for Alhambra and now we are literally spending our time trying to get our refund...oh but just so you know, they messed up but we have to call Expedia for the refund...and Expedia is now telling us they can't refund us. Sixthrills do nothing to help with that process so we are now demanding they give us a written note to show proof of no service. Beyond disappointed. We could've purchased a ticket direct with Alhambra....instead we trusted this company....what a sad mistake. Never again. read more

Awful customer service, extremely poor planning, 70 euro... it was an utter waste of money. Tour guide was very brief and only spoke for about 15% of the entire tour, choosing to be quiet while walking between points. Did not recite any Spanish history that as not directly related to the time the sultan ruled the citadel. I wouldn't pay over 20 euro for this tour and I feel utterly robbed by paying 70. read more

The night adventure tour was amazing, it's the safest way to see a bit of the real life in Granada.
