This happened this past Saturday and I STILL have not heard from anyone from the company. I paid the full amount IN MARCH (which probably should have been a red flag) and communication leading up to the day was spotty (another red flag). The day of, I was told their 32-passenger bus was damaged in a flood (it happens) so they would provide a 20-passenger bus, which I immediately approved - we just wanted a safe ride. Later that day, I get a text to call the owner because there was an issue with our booking - he did not answer his phone or text (but left us on read). He still has not responded. How is this guy still in business???
