We booked this company for our wedding two months in advance. I had multiple check ins with the…read morecompany throughout the planning process and even the day of the wedding. They called 5 times to make sure they had mine and my sister's correct contact information. It seemed like they were very organized and prepared, but that could not be more wrong. We booked the party bus to transport the wedding party and wedding guests to our after party location. The bus never showed up. I requested the driver only contact my sister if need be as I was the bride and not on my phone. They only called me once, left a voicemail that was completely unintelligible words. My sister called that number back after she noticed I had a missed call. The driver answered, then hung up. She called again, he said call the management company, but didn't provide a number. My sister eventually found the number and got ahold of the management team. They offered no solution. The groom called management again and they offered to come pick us up at the after party location, but still for an extra cost. My husband asked for a refund and they refused. I cannot believe the horrible customer service we experienced. I will say Sabrina was our point of contact until we ran into any issues and she was so sweet, sounded genuinely excited for us every time we spoke. The owner of the company was rude when my husband spoke with him, and the driver was absolutely awful and unprofessional on the phone. Obviously nothing could ruin our amazing perfect day, but this definitely put a wrench in the after party celebrations. I will NEVER allow my friends or family to book from this company. Thank god my credit card company was able to dispute the charge and I got a refund that way. This experience was absolutely ridiculous. update: i've received word from my sister Sabrina was NOT helpful. i take it back.

I paid a down payment on my credit card to reserve the limo, and then we paid several hundred dollars cash (collected amongst the girls), when the limo arrived. However, they decided to charge me that $250 AGAIN on my credit card that I used for the reservation. Thus begun a LONG, DRAWN OUT, FRUSTRATING battle for 3 months to get my money back!!!!!!!! Right away, they admitted they had messed up and double charged me. They gave some long explanation of why they couldn't refund the money to my credit card, so they said they'd write me a check. In fact, they told me they had PUT A CHECK IN THE MAIL, but none came. I called again. They apologized and said they would add an amount of extra money to my refund (for my trouble/ interest) and send out the check immediately. AGAIN the freaking check did not arrive. I left them a message saying I would immediately report them to a collections agency as well as the Better Business Bureau if I did not receive my check within the week. It arrived... without the added refund he had promised me... and with a 37 cent stamp... how incredibly cheap!! DON'T USE THEM!!!
