Service can be sketchy here at this Orland Park location it's a small location. I was asking about a particular style of a hanging file folder and I was met with blank stairs when they walked over to the folder section said nope we don't have them. (Insert big eye roll) So I proceed to walk a few miles over to where I saw the date planners everything else and voila look what was there the hanging file folders lol. It's okay in a pinch they stay open this one only till about 7:00 p.m. no longer 8:00 or 9:00. I don't really honestly know how much longer this location will be open it was like a ghost town when I came in. Pretty much anymore unless you want super geeky kind of office stuff you can find what you need at a cheaper price at Walmart or Target. Got to be honest and practical. but I'm leaving this at 3 stars because it does offer pretty much what they say as far as office and supplies etc but nothing stood out and well for the most part I guess you can say nothing really stood back so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt it really would be two and a half Stars

One of the packages was running late, now today I get an email saying "your claim has been denied" when I never even filed one. So I opened the app and the tracking history says that package was destroyed and will be discarded. It has fragile written all over it but the knuckle-dragging illiterates at UPS warehouses probably can't read. And yes, they are denying an insurance claim I never even made. Their rationale is "improper packaging". I guess a heavy carton placed inside another heavy carton and all stuffed with bubble packers and fragile and "this end up" written all over it isn't appropriate. Fuck you, UPS. I'll never ship a thing with you again.

I sent an inquiry on Yelp and received a response, immediately. From the first phone call, Ayom was patient and, although, we already had a draft, it required a lot of edits and back and forth design input from him. We did not pay for design services but, Ayom caught typos, and made several suggestions to make the finished product better. He was very encouraging, collaborative and patient and he probably could have charged me more for the value that he provided. As if that was not enough, on the day of the service, we ran out of programs and I texted to see if I could order more copies and get them in 2 hours.....Ayom came through and offered to deliver them to the church or hotel. The product and service far exceeded everyone's expectations. The program is the star of the show at funerals and I needed the family to be happy with it. My friend could not stop thanking me for choosing the right printer who realized their vision of how to memorialize their mother.
