I emailed this company a picture of a yard sign I wanted made. Sign wasn't made according to the…read moredesign twice. This included misspelled words, not being double sided and not coming with a way to stick it in the ground. This could have been avoided with some better communication, like sending a proof before printing, but I didn't make a big deal out of it. Simply pointed out the errors. The problem came when the owner was extremely rude about having to redo the job. He resorted to shouting, name calling and hanging up on me. Now I've made three trips to this place and still don't have a sign. If you're looking for an efficient, respectful business to make your sign, avoid this place.

When I asked how quickly she could have them ready, she said she could have them printed in 2-3 days! I went to her shop the next day to look at the paper she recommended for wedding invitations (linen pearl) which I wasn't fond of, I didn't want any texture. She showed me some others that I liked and she was able to go pick it up from her distributor the next day. We ended up with a smooth white pearl that has a shimmer. They turned out great!
