They do a great job on everything from business cards to car wraps. I highly recommend this business to everyone.

**My car was wrapped 2 months ago and I still give them a 10/10! Every other business asked for $2k…read moremore, this was such an amazing value!** I wanted to wait a few months for this review to let the wrap settle and review the after care. In July I had this idea pop into my head to wrap my 2024 Tesla Model Y a pink pearlescent color. I didn't want a standard light pink color and after describing it to Adam he nailed the wrap color perfectly! I was told to drop off my car July 12 and I wasn't able to pick up until July 19. After asking around this isn't a normal wait time to wrap a car but my wrap didn't deliver on July 12 like it was supposed to, they got it July 15 instead. Hopefully this only happened to me but plan to not have your car for a full week. When I did pick up my car the wrap was rushed and had quite a few air bubbles, no emblems, and a panel of wrap was missing because they ran out... so why give them 10 stars? WELL when I did this I had zero experience with wrapping a car and had so many questions. Adam took the time to explain everything to me and was very communicative the entire time and even sent me daily update pictures as they were working. He gave me the heads up about the issues before I picked it up and asked if I would like to keep my car with him or bring it back in 2 weeks to be finished (he does a 2 week check for all his wraps). During the 2 week check he fixed/finished the wrap and even put a sparkly pink Tesla emblem on! I don't think any wrap business would be as communicative with me as they were plus they was never any extra or hidden fees! I love the attention my car gets now and everyday people are yelling from their windows they love the color all thanks to Electric Auto Finish!! The wrap isn't perfect (a few air bubbles) but nothing Adam and his team won't take care of if I ask! Check out their work for yourself on Instagram @electricautofinish

I want to start by saying that the owner, Adam, clearly cares about his clients and went out of his…read moreway to make things right. His communication was thoughtful, and he offered extra services to make up for the hiccups. That said, the experience as a whole left a lot to be desired. Deadlines were repeatedly missed--even when I adjusted my schedule to accommodate. What was supposed to be a straightforward project kept dragging on, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates or clarity on next steps. The team also misplaced my city sticker, which meant I had to file a police report and go to City Hall to replace it--just for trying to get my car worked on. To Adam's credit, they did offer to cover the cost, but that doesn't undo the hassle involved. As a gesture, they added ceramic coating to the paint, but unfortunately, they applied it without properly washing or prepping the surface beforehand--something that completely undermines the purpose and longevity of the coating. In short: good intentions, but poor execution. I appreciate the effort to make things right, but when you're paying for quality work, the follow-through has to match the promises.

This is a family run company that is a success story for the Chicago area. It's impressive the…read morelevel of quality they have achieved and the variety of services the business offers. I have been getting vehicles wrapped for campaign advertisements for many years, and Chicago Wrap definitely does a premium job compared to some other places. I finally decided to satisfy my curiosity and take the five-day beginner's course for color change. It is a useful curriculum that gives students ample time to practice and perfect the different techniques. And getting to be instructed by a founding member of the team is a cool experience. But even more amazing than the hands-on practicum is getting the opportunity to watch the other professionals at work. You can learn alot just by watching these people and the way they take their craft to the next level. As a regular consumer, it might be easy to have sticker shock at first and think that the prices being asked are high. But believe me, you get what you pay for. And you certainly wouldn't want your wrap done on the cheap and then be stuck with an inferior job that looks like crap. These guys' work is flawless! And after seeing the level of care and attention to detail that goes into what they do, you'll realize it's worth the money.
