(I don't exactly what the name for it is) BUT, if the store is busy & you are in a hurry or want to do your return by yourself You scan your package, it asks questions, gives you the label to put on your package & then gives you a receipt!!! I was there one time when a rep was standing by helping out first time users I also recommend the UPS store when someone asks where to take their packages. And guess what I got!? Semi gloss! We'll, google wasn't cooperating from my end then her internet went down. Oh well I left with hopes of getting the printout-sometime. I called awhile later to find out it still hadn't come through.......I got the sweetest email a bit later wherein I could feel her excitement, saying "I GOT IT DONE" in a pinky color.
