But I have never been to a salon that has so many talented and knowledgeable stylist and colorist as this one. Randa did a SUPER job on coloring my hair. I had to admit at the age of 52 yo that my hair was starting to come in more white than I would like just around my face and decided to try and embrace it. So I wanted to get white highlights to blend in with my natural ash blonde color so it would grow in easier and a little less painful on the eyes than sporting the all to familiar "skunk stripe". Well, Randa matched and blended the white hairs so perfectly with the rest of my dark ash blonde hair that you can't tell where my natural white and the highlight meet. These ladies know their stuff and do fantastic work. If I come back to this area to work, this salon is my go to place. Wish I could get Randa to move to Texas with me !!!!!!!

I've always been a barbershop, kind of guy, but other people that I know honey recommended DNA and I can see why now after going there for a few months. Super kind people who are always interested in making sure that your hair is done exactly the way you want it.. they might make recommendations, but they're never forceful about what they think is best The environment is casual and cozy, you won't find anything fancy or wasteful, but if you are pretentious and self-absorbed, you probably won't like this place. They like to have fun and joke around and to be honest I kind of like that too. They don't take themselves too seriously,but they do take your hair, and your results, seriously!

I made this appointment months in advance for a Gala I was traveling from FL to Chattanooga for. The morning of, I received a very brief text from Caroline telling me she was sick and had to "reschedule." No phone call, no I'm so sorry, nothing. How do you reschedule for a Gala? This was very troubling and did not sound right so I called the salon around my appointment time and she answered and was seeing clients! When I told her who it was and that I could come on now, she began whispering and used the excuse she could not get in touch with these other clients to cancel and would be leaving soon. She was talking fine and was even laughing when she answered. How unprofessional and just plain thoughtless to just cancel when obviously she was not sick enough to close up, I will never go back and do not recommend depending on someone who let outside influences determine who she sees and can cancel on you like it's nothing. Caroline, If you didn't want to do my hair for "obvious personal reasons, which are very clear," you had months to cancel and just be honest but waiting until a few hours before an important event is just wrong and heartless.
