Buyer beware! This business is sly and deceptive. They tried to offer me a "discount". Let me explain. They currently have a offer for 3 months of service for 50% off (Retail: $449.99/month with discount $224.99). First when I contacted them they tried to offer me "ONLY ONE" month of 50% off. (Little did they know I had already seen the advertisement of 50% off for "THREE" months), I didn't bring up the fact I saw the three months already quite yet, I simply said that was out of my budget and the sales person (outsourced from india) told me he wanted to speak with his billing department and would get back with me later that afternoon with a "DEAL" (didn't hear a word). Next day comes and I email him back saying I was still waiting and he then said he would get with me by the end of the day AGAIN (didn't hear a word). TWO days have now passed and nothing,I wait for an additional day (fourth day now) and I email back saying if this is how they conduct business then I'll just find another company to work with, he proceeded to tell me how he tried calling and couldn't get through (a dumb lie because it's obvious every phone now days has caller ID and a recent call log, "even in India"), but anyways he proceeds to give me this offer: First three months would be $199.99 a $25 a month discount totaling $75 over the three month period, not a bad deal at first sight, but wait there's more! For the remaining months my bill would "only be $499.99", (yet retail is $449.99). So to put it short they actually wanted to give me a $25/month discount to be able to charge me an additional $50/month after the first three month. That is dirty business and you know it. Y'all should be absolutely ashamed of using deceptive business practices. It it a federal crime and I will be filling a claim with the Texas Attourny General office and with the federal trade commission on the basis of deceptive business practices, so that no one else gets caught in their trap. They weren't able to meet my design needs for Urban T-Shirt designs and refused to give me my money back. I signed up for the No-Hassle Money Back Trial Period. I'm not upset about the loss of $300 (as that will be written off). It's more how they treated me as a customer. All the evidence, messages, emails and phone calls and they still refused to honor my request as a customer. What Happened: I submitted my design needs and artwork, the designer sent back the exact same image I submitted, just added words to the image.. I informed them this was done, that I wasn't happy and asked for my money back. They wanted to negotiate a second chance. I said okay and gave them a chance to fix the order. They attempted 2 more times and weren't able to do so. I again asked for my money back. They asked to please allow them to do the other project I had submitted since they couldn't get this job right. I said OK and CLICKED ACCEPT ORDER so we could try the other project which was easier. Because I selected ACCEPT ORDER, they refused to give me my money back. I normally NEVER give a poor review as I don't want to hurt other businesses. This however is very bad business on their part. The quality of work was subpar and they refused to honor the refund. The designs were mediocre at best.You could literally go on Fiverr and save yourself hundreds of dollars and get better work done. Either way, I signed up to check them out and decided to cancel before the renewal and they went ahead and rebilled me anyways. I though that maybe this was an oversight so I messaged them and that is when they started ignoring my messages which is strange because they were very quick to respond before this. I'm not sure if GraphicsZoo understands how chargebacks work but they will be getting one from me. I gave them plenty of opportunity to resolve the issue and all attempts were ignored. Based on these facts I would avoid this company. They are not to be trusted. BEWARE! Their designers simply took stock graphics from other sites and recycled them for me. Practically 0 communication. Disappointed and frustrated I requested a full refund because I was still within the 14-day trial. Guess what they said? They can't refund me because I "Approved" a design. WARNING, their platform basically forces you to approve a design in order to start something else. Fraudulent method to scam people into negating an ambiguous refund policy that's not written anywhere on your site except hidden in your FAQ. Graphics Zoo markets its offerings as a no commitment graphic design service. They have a great sales pitch before you sign up about the timeframe of their services, account management, but most important there is no contract/commitment. Early on after signing up i had multiple problems. They don't meet the timeframes/deadlines that the sales person tells you. For example, i was told i could have edits on a project back in the same day, and that never happened. They also had terrible attention to detail. I had to provide the same edits multiple times on my project. Additionally, their website platform that you were suppose to use to upload your project shad multiple errors/flaws that delayed my projects. I also had my account manager changed on me within the first month of being a customer, and its difficult when its clear English is not their first language so they are unable to proofread anything the designers do before its sent to me as the client. But my biggest issue is there alleged no contract/cancel at any time with no penalty. Well, I cancelled before my monthly renewal, and they still charged my credit card. It took over 2 weeks and multiple emails to get them to reverse this (and frankly i cant even say Graphics Zoo ever actually reversed it. I finally called my credit card company to complain). I brought my issues to my Account Manager's attention multiple times, took surveys from the "owner" (which the results went directly to my Account Manager and not the owner because i provided some harsh feedback about my Account Manager, and then i got an email within an hour from them asking to work through some of those issues). Instead of honoring their sales pitch and immediately refunding my money (which they should have never charged my credit card since i cancelled my account prior to renewal) i got multiple emails form the Account Manager trying to offer me a discount and trying to remedy my issues so as to not lose me as a customer. read more
