One week later (after I had already left the Airbnb in Florida) I tracked it as out for delivery to the Florida address. I called the 800 UPS number and the manager in Houston to see about having the package redirected to my current location or returning it to Houston. The 800 number was no help and the "manager" in Houston ghosted me. A very frustrating experience. I will never use UPS again.
