After checking out a couple stores that weren't on the map, I finally officially started this event with Mustard Seed. I was instantly greeted by the most stunning smile. I am going to assume she was the owner. She had a vibe about her that screamed boss! She greeted me, had me sign up for a drawing and offered me some licorice. I adore that kind of kindness! Kindness like that can't be made up. That was pure, genuine, wholesome kindness she was showing. I knew I was meant to be here having that kind of soul touch mine. We exchanged a small conversation and started my way through this epic store. Everything, I mean everything was beautifully staged and decorated. It was all gorgeous from front to back. I fell in love with everything about this store. I appreciate how patriotic it is, how faith based they are and how eclectic it is from country core to shabby chic to rustic. You can find anything here to fit in your home. I fell in love with an antique teapot and a vintage floral plate. While I was walking around and holding the teapot, a sweet gal that was working offered to put the teapot at the register for me. I appreciated it, I love touching and seeing things so to have my hands free was great! There were so many pieces that I wanted! I loved all the decor for memorial day and upcoming 4th. Nothing is more beautiful than the colors of our country. The wooden crosses that were beautifully crafted. The word faith spelled out in the bin of Scrabble pieces. There were some frames and pictures that were for sale that totally caught my eye. I know I'm going to have shoppers regret tonight when I'm home thinking about them. I am having shoppers regret thinking about it while I'm writing this! I look forward to coming back and seeing what kind of new treasures they have. We went to 9 different furniture stores, spent 5+ hours shopping, and dealing with associates who were backed up or didn't know their own inventory. We stumbled upon this place as I was leaving RC Willys almost ready to give up hope. Thank god. Chad was knowledgeable, knew his inventory like the back of his hand, was polite, and knew how to work with tight spaces. That being said, the furniture speaks for itself too! There are no, " furniture sets" so put you're creative hat on, and enjoy Chad's company. I will close by saying this. The price was fair, the delivery was quick (no waiting for weeks to get your furniture), and the options plentiful, but not overwhelming. We will definitely be back.

Anyway we bought the $400 low end Sealy with the box springs from Jim at Rostock Furniture and had it delivered and installed for $60. We're happy!

I would have gotten it if I actually had room for it and if it was a tad cheaper. 400 is a grip to spend on a mirror you don't have room for. But as pretty as it was, I would have made it work! But I'm sure my husband wouldn't have been impressed with the price point. There's a little bit of everything here. Cloths, candles, decor... It was fun checking everything out! I did see a room that I believe is for crafts or classes that you can take to make stuff. I know making shabby things or refurbishing old furniture takes talent! When another couple walked in she said "excuse me while I help this couple, we run on a very short staff so we can pass on the discounts to you." She was so professional and "Honest." This family run business helped me furnish my whole house. Every room. Some of the furniture on the floor room, was not what I was looking for, I wanted a little better quality, so they helped me shop through catalogs to buy inexpensive, quality furniture. I absolutely love my bar stools - we picked out restaurant quality. My power sectional couch is simply amazing!!! I simply love my bedroom furniture and also picked out an adjustable base - It is very similar to really expensive Tempur-Pedic I bought in Alaska. I keep falling asleep in it. We had our 5 year old with us and he was all over the place. He really wanted the kids bed. So we bought two, one for him and one for his brother.
