They let you know by email ONLY when a tech is coming out, so if you are super busy and haven't got to your email in a few days, that visit can throw you off, both financially(if paying per visit) and scheduling wise. For example, there was a visit this Summer where my Wife was doing in-home tutoring and saw that a tech had shown and when she went to say "hello" he was rude and said "Why do you seemed surprise to see me?" Who, in a professional job, when you front-face people as NLA's first line of impression, talks like that? Overall, she said she was just rude. To make matters worse, we signed up for the extra $60 a visit mosquito treatments and the mosquitos were WORSE. My Wife and kids were getting bit up like crazy, even after two months of whole perimeter application. Just overall a disappointment in my book. I hired them for a spring cleaning to get rid of the leaves in my yard and my beds and my ID and pick up branches Etc. I ended up picking up most of the branches before they came because I had to mow my lawn. Two guys came out for about 90 minutes and cleaned up a portion of my backyard. Leaves were still all over the yard and in the beds along the house and in the ivy. Even though the work was not completed as contracted they charged my card the remaining balance. They never apologized. Never provided follow-ups and never did the job that they were contracted to do. They are lazy and irresponsible and are horrible at customer service.
