Yesterday, Grass Roots rang my doorbell. My husband answered and said he wasn't aware that we had asked for their service, asked them to call me and come back another time. The man left. Thirty minutes later he came back, didn't ask if he could spray anything, didn't ring the bell. And then sprayed pesticides all over my lawn and left. I never called Grass Roots. They obviously had the wrong address. I have kids and a dog. I called three times and left messages asking them to call back to tell me what they sprayed, and how long I had to keep my dog and kids off the lawn. And also to make sure the technician knows he should never spray pesticide on someone's lawn who never asked for their service. They have not called me back....
