I went to the GNC store today located in the Bentley Mall, Fairbanks Alaska to pick up an order I had long put off picking up. By no fault of anyones but my own, the order had been canceled due to my lack of attention to pick up time, and put back on the shelf. Jacob knew exactly which order it was, knew exactly what I had ordered, got the items for me and I was good to go. I however had some additional items I was looking to get. As an inexperienced supplement consumer I had my hands full of items with LOTS of questions! Not only did Jacob and Taylor both take the time to explain the use for each one based on what I was looking for, they BOTH took the time to give me recommendations on items they thought would work for me, not one sales gimmick came out of their mouths which is a huge turn off for me, but the honest truth and I could clearly see it in their genuineness! Their professional EXCEEDS that of any store employees I've encountered here in Fairbanks, and I shop way too much! The two of these employees deserve big recognition by this company, and should be in management positions. New employees could learn a lot from their exemplary behavior!
