Dale Shoemaker is one of the owners and came to our house to evaluate. He went on our roof as well as into our attic to see if there was any major damage or possible issues due to hail or wind. While one of the people who quoted said there was wind damage, Dale was very honest and said some of the roofing tiles were extremely worn as shown by the amount of particles in the gutters. What I really liked about him is that he said "honestly you can probably get 1-2 more years on this roof without any issues". No hard closing. He offered us extended warranties and could start as soon as we received approval from our POA. His price was reasonable and in the ballpark of others. They take credit cards, but also charge an additional 3% for that service. Brody from RGR called my wife once we had an approval to set up the job. The first thing they did was deliver the materials to our home and drop it on a pallet. Once they started the job, there were between 8-10 workers onsite. In one day, they fully demoed the roof, repaired any damaged plywood, layed down the protective layer and started applying the roof. They were completely done in less than 1 and a half days. The second day, they finished and detailed some of the corners and overhang. They went around the yard with their large magnet to collect any loose nails. I told a Liberty Mutual manager it's embarrassing when the roofer becomes your source of policy information and not your insurance company. Yet also your gift as Stan is more than willing, and capable to kindly, and with great patience walk you through this confusing and challenging process. In the end, yours is an aesthetically and structurally superb roof covered by a consumer-oriented contract and warranty that I suspect is superior to this area. Gutter Solutions LLC was not our least expensive choice. But our selection of them was based on several premises: 1) Sean (the son of the owner of this company) listened patiently and worked with us on the pros and cons of design ideas. Afterward, he laid out a design, ordered the materials and scheduled the work, as expected. 2) The company uses a specific team with equipment to install 7" gutters. This team is booked solid. Sean arranged for them to show up on a Saturday to get the work done. Otherwise, our install date could have been delayed for several weeks. 3) We gave them our word we would hire them if they were the most responsive. They were. The results thus far have been extraordinary. The performance of the 7" gutters with the ultra fine "zigzag" leaf filter pattern is excellent. And the design moves most of the water to the downspout at the end of the roof away from the house to ensure runoff is away from the foundation. We've had 3 heavy rains of 30-60 minutes since this install and as stated, performance as been exceptional. We hope this trend continues. As with all gutter solutions, there is no avoidance of some homeowner maintenance to keep the top of the leaf filters free of debris. Gutter Solutions LLC does excellent work and we commend them highly.

I found nails in my driveway, broken…read moreornaments in my flower bed, cracked fascia, broken soffit retainers, shingles that look like they should have been thrown away instead of installed, loose nail under shingle, nails pounded too far in the ridge vent I don't need. I have spray foam rafters, solid soffits and they added ridge vents without asking me. Without an air channel to vent the heat & humidity it is not a vent, it is a hole in the roof. There is spray foam blowing in the vent like popcorn so it is not sealed as stated in message (see pic). When I asked the vents be remove and the roof be returned to it's original design, I got the run around for a month then was asked to pay more money for their mistake. They have said they offered to fix it. Their "offer to fix it" is in the pics and they wanted 300 bucks to fix their mistake and not ever show up when they said. I am not angry, just done with the B.S. Danny Grassi called me at home tonight and told me there was nothing wrong with any of the work they did. Danny has never set foot on my roof and is telling me that I am lying about its condition. Also, no offer to pay for any of the damaged property. I guess that was my fault?
