This review is way overdue, but at least I can report that the work has stood up well. Phil did all the work pictured except that the floor was installed by the flooring supplier. There was just one thing we were unhappy about (the stairs), and since it was probably a communication issue, we negotiated that we would pay for the supplies and Phil would provide the labor.
