He left saying we could expect an estimate within 48 hours. We never heard from Pat, so we emailed him on April 23 asking when we would receive an estimate - there was no response from Pat - no estimate, no call, no communication from him at all!!! On April 25 we received an email from ROL asking how the visit from their rep went. We responded saying we never heard from Pat with an estimate. To our surprise, there was no follow up response from the ROL office concerning the estimate. We began seeing a pattern of no communication with ROL. As I mentioned earlier, we though Pat was professional and knowledgeable. It's a shame ROL sent a representative to talk with us about work on our home, and then there was no follow up with an estimate and there was no follow up to our complaint that we had not heard from Pat. I don't recommend using this company based on their lack of follow up.

The two young men did an excellent job. In and out in one day! Both workers addressed any concerns and answered all our questions. The price for this service was not the cheapest and it wasn't the most expensive, but fair imo for the job. We decided to use Anderson Painting to do our flooring because of the 15 year warranty for the Polyurethea coating vs a 3 to 5 year for epoxy. The sales quote and work by the office employees only had one hiccup, which the company accommodated us by showing up. Communication misunderstanding with the office about a scheduled date to do the job was resolved in seconds. We were scheduled for a date, so we thought, and no one showed up. After 30 minutes being late, we called and they said we weren't on the books for that day even though we had planned it due to an opening they had. The receptionist got confused, because not only did we select them for the garage flooring, we accepted them to paint our interior as well and thought a conversation about a date we couldn't do for the painting applied to the flooring job. No problem, they were onsite about an hour later! The cleanup was perfect. Aside from the floor looking like a show room floor, you couldn't tell they were even there! Lead painter, Sadeq, was well up to doing the job and getting everything just perfect! Showed up on time, led the other painters with supreme skill, and always smiling and happy! 4 day job, done in 4 days and done well. Any concerns brought up were always taken care of right away. Clean lines on ceilings, corners, around trim. All rooms were done exceptionally well. All our house hold items and furniture were covered with plastic, the floor had a couple of drops of paint where drop clothes had been displaced slightly, but came up easily. Their cleanup in our bathroom was superb, where they cleaned brushes and tools every night. Blue taped a final walk around, had about 20 spots for touch up, 30 minutes later job was complete! Extremely satisfied with the work, paint and professionalism. We painted, mud room, kitchen, play room, dining room, living room office and entry way, along with stairwell and upstairs main hall/landing area, as well as all floor trim, bookshelves in living room and bench with cubbies in mud room! We chose a primary color that was near silver gray and an accent color. Benjamin Moore scuff-x paint product in eggshell. I would certainly recommend Anderson painting to everyone! Indeed, they were not the first to come by and tell me that. However, they were the company I chose to go with for my roof replacement. They guided me through the process since this was my first claim and everything went smooth as butter. They met the insurance people on site and walked with them as they inspected the roof. A few days later I get a call that the roof replacement has been approved! We confirmed the roof color and date and BAM, roof replacement is on a roll. They sent a text the day before confirming on site information and when it would start. Project was finished in one day! They came back out after and asked how I liked it, confirmed all looked good. If I had any issues, let them know. Absolutely wonderful company! Will definitely be using them for any future projects (decking, gutters, etc).

They then were able to come out on Monday and give me an estimate. Was $500 for my driveway, sidewalk, and siding all around the house. They did the job in a couple of hours, kept me apprised as it was happening (I was at work, so they texted me photos), and they accept payment via Zelle & Venmo. So I had Pillar to Post do my home inspection because my realtor suggested them. First I was told…read morenot to come to the inspection because of covid but after insisting I was told I could come. Throughout the inspection, the inspector and my realtor chit chatted. I got the report and there were only minor issues noted. Once I moved into the home things got crazy. The refrigerator was missing 2 shelves, 3 door shelves were broken, and I was missing shelves in the freezer. The dishwasher soap dispenser was broken. The dryer vent was so crimped it was basically blocked. The washing machine was full of mold - between the drums and the water pump was basically not connected. The upstairs thermostat did not work and upon further inspection the gas line to the furnace had been turned off. Once it was turned on the damper motors were found to be broken and the bypass for the dampers had been improperly installed. The dormer windows upstairs had been leaking and damaged a ceiling. So basically, almost every major appliance was a disaster and the roof needed repair. All of these items were not found on inspection. I would definitely not recommend Pillar to Post the Beal team as your inspectors because none of these issues were found. They found that a light bulb was burned out in the kitchen cupboard and that the pantry door was missing a latch. If you want a thorough inspection do NOT use them! I have been continuously have contractors in my home to do all of these repairs! BEWARE!
