They then quoted the $1200 because they claimed now all 4 tires(21k miles on them) now needed replaced. Total scammers. Do not use. Super good fast charger with very nice owner he came out and greeted us and was super friendly and told us about the the amenity's they had in side and the fast charger was very quick charging the car at around 200 miles an hour. My husband and I were on a trip to my niece's home for a visit when we lost steering, power and brakes. My husband was able to get us safety off the interstate and to a gas station. We called around for help and finally connected with Graue. They were so helpful. They sent a tow truck and once we got there,told us to make ourselves at home in the lounge. I took both vehicles in for an oil change and rotate tires on 2 different occasions. The guys in service were very courteous, made sure they explained everything they did and if I needed anything and gave updates... excellent customer service!!! My wife and I worked with Terry Allen at Graue Chevy at Lincoln for practically the last two months. We were after a specific '16 Chevy Impala with a certain list of options that we wanted (we keep our cars for a long time). After determining that we would not buy a '17 Impala (no cd player in the model they had on hand; even though Chevy had a nice temporary discount on the new models); we regrouped after they found a '16 Impala at a auction at St. Louis. I was quoted a price range we would be at; they purchased and brought back the car from the auction and had it detailed for us. There was "no" high pressure sales attempts to get us into additional coverages in the F&I office. But plenty of options were laid out for us to consider if we wanted "gap" insurance, disability, and many others. After almost going through the buying process at another dealership (same make, same model), we are very glad we held out and worked with Terry, the F&I Manager & Graue Chevy. I was traveling and my air conditioning was acting up (in very hot weather)! I looked for a dealership in the nearest town and I ended up at Graue Chevrolet with my GMC Acadia Denali.
