Wow! They service all kinds of semis, their trailer drop lot is ludicrously humongus; their staff is so graciously kind, you'll want to name your children after them. Avoid CIT Champaign. Drive the extra 59 miles if you want to get fixed and back out. But be warned; CIT Normal will tell you a ludicrous time estimate on how long repairs will take, because they dont want to get your hopes up... like they'll say a week from June 2026; but they are kidding! Really, theyll be done in 24 hours and you'll have to hang your wet bathing suit in your truck while you drive. So embarrassing!

Then they waited two and a half weeks before they even looked at it. Their diagnosis was I had a vibration in the front end. No, they didn't do anything to fix it. Their bill: $1,000. I don't think so. While I was at the service counter telling them what I thought of their $1,000 charge for doing nothing and making me wait so long to not get it done, another customer was standing there naming off some of their ancestors for the work they didn't do on his truck. It didn't make me any happier knowing it wasn't just my vehicle they failed on.
