I've been a dedicated patron since 2023. At minimum, daily and many weeks, I get my beverage multiple times a day. I have built a rapport with the baristas. I was informed by a barista on Wednesday, February 11th, that a reload special was in effect until Sunday, February 15th. Which was great, since I got paid the following day. Thursday morning, I told the new manager of the Flagship location that i needed to reload my card. She told me that the reload special was ​over. Needless to say I was upset. I told them manager that I was informed the day before that the special was ending Sunday. She shrugged her shoulders and apologized. The next day Friday, February 13th, I was informed that the special reload promotion had resumed. This time, I was LIVID!! I don't understand what is going on, but at this point, I'm ready to take my business elsewhere. As they say, all things must come to an end. This is where I say, "Thank you." To the amazing baristas, Jessica, Kaylee, Madison, Mariah​ - you ladies are fantastic!! Thank you for all the laughs, and positivity! I wish you all the best! New location! Love the new drive thru. They have sliding doors instead of the typical sliding windows. The ladies are super nice and friendly. This is close to my part time job, Amazon. Wife came home with 2 interstellar and 2 chocolate chip muffin tops. Those are delicious, but what's disappointing is claiming a free drink and feeling retaliated against by getting 2 cups full to the brim of ice. And only getting 10 ounces of drink if that. I took about 6 sips and it's gone super fast. Telling the wife to take another break from here. Going back to big foot java on Ellington st again. Sorry guys feeling robbed. read more

I've been to other drive through coffee stands, and I this Flagship Gravity coffee shop is close to where I live, so I really want to support this company, but when I pay $5 for a 24 oz passion iced tea that is nothing but ice, it's hard not to feel ripped off. Came through this stand earlier today (7/15) and got served some guy with long dark curly hair. I was very disappointed with the service as he was very clumsy at making my drink, he spilled milk and coffee on the counter around my drink. He then came to hand me my drink and handed it off before I could even get a good grip and thought I was going to drop it. Not sure if he's just super new with no coffee experience but he needs to get re-trained immediately... read more

My first experience with Gravity coffee was their Puyallup location and I vowed never to buy it again because the drink I got was one of the worst I've ever had. I took 2 sips and dumped the rest. So when I saw they were building a new drive thru 2 minutes from where I live, I can't say that I was very thrilled about it. But I decided to give them another shot and I'm so glad I did! Both times I've gone there, the girls were extremely warm and friendly while making conversation as I waited for my drink. One of them asked me to try my drink to see if it was to my liking before I drove away. The coffee drinks were spot on and not overly sweet. I can't speak for their non-coffee options, but I'm open to trying something new next time. They are a bit more pricey than your average lattes, but since they are pretty good I don't mind so much. read more

If there's a way you can make it through a Gravity drive thru- Do It. You won't be disappointed. Like any espresso/ energy drink be prepared to pay for it b/c they aren't cheap but you get what you pay for & no one likes cheap so have fun & pick your poison. Not only are the girls adorable and friendly they are efficient and it seems they genuinely enjoy where they work. This kind of pick me up is worth it both positively & deliciously.
