Came here on Christmas to get a last-minute gift card on my way into work for a coworker and there was a line around the building. They took the order of the car in front of me at 1:38 and even though I have been waiting in line for over 10 minutes, they told me they weren't taking any more orders after 130 even though they were clearly taking orders for every car after 130 up until my car. When I pointed out that she made an exception for the car in front of me, even though they were in the line at the same time as me, she told me she wasn't trying to argue with me and they wouldn't sell me the gift card. I've worked in hospitality for over 25 years and this was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, especially on a holiday. I have lived in this area and been coming to the Starbucks for over six years now, but that stops today. Corporate should come in and do a clean sweep on their entire staff there and rehire for hospitality instead of this BS that they keep putting inside of this building. read more

I am. Going to say on my last business trip to the area, my prior visits were absolutely amazing.  But my last visit recently I was completely floored by the change in atmosphere.  My prior visits I was greeted and treated like I was almost royalty, But the current management has seemed to turned sour.  My prior visits I was greeted by the store manager. She was a tall blond, I don't remember her name, but she was full of energy and her true professionalism welcoming me to the store and making me feel comfortable.  But this last trip there was definitely a change.  The times to get my drink and sandwich were atrocious.  The baristas seemed to make me feel as if I was not welcome and a burden.  The seating area was like it had not been cleaned in hours.  It's just sad that the atmosphere has completely changed.  Not sure who the prior manager was but Starbucks need to get her back as she was how a true Starbucks employee should be read more

I've been a long time customer here and I've been so unhappy with what I've seen since this new manager came on the scene. There was a huge hiring of young kids who don't have any work ethic and they just mess around behind the counter with the manager! It's the most unprofessional thing I've seen. I know that spandex shorts are thighs showing with tattoos out can't possibly be part of the Starbucks employee dress code, but if that is what the manager is setting up for the example, then it's going to show up in everything else. And it does! It's a shame that this store has gone down hill with class and culture. read more

Wow has this location gone downhill in the last month. The place is filthy, the baristas are rude and seem to have no concern or care for their customers. There is a nasty older lady named Laura who served my friend and me and she was incredibly rude and spent her time gossiping with another coworker (Molly?? who was just as unpleasant) about another employee. In front of customers! She (they) needs to find jobs that doesn't involve customer service. What a disgrace. This used to be our go-to Starbucks because it's close and really seemed to turn around in the last couple years. Now it is a disaster. Do yourself a favor and find a different location. read more

The drive thru line at this location is not user friendly, so I had to go in to purchase multiple gift cards. Young lady with a pink stocking cap on who rang me up wasn't even phased at the line that had rapidly formed behind me. She was patient with me and didn't rush me just because she saw a line behind me. If I could leave negative stars for this review, I would. The manager on Sunday, October 1st (around noon) was so rude to my husband and I that I will NEVER go to this location again. We live in the Lakeland Hills neighborhood and have been customers at this Starbucks since it opened. We have always enjoyed coming here until this weekend. We have never been treated with such incompetence, arrogance and rude behavior. Whomever the male manager was that was working on this day needs a good lesson in customer service and courtesy. I understand people are too lazy to cook a formal meal that gives them energy and that is why coffee is so much needed but when it's publicly known that a company uses red beetles and other disgusting bigs to give color to the strawberry shakes for example and many other ingredients no human should be consuming, that's when you fire Starbucks. After coming here three days in a row I thought I was visiting with old friends and here I don't even know their names LOL. Friendly place, consistent service. This Starbucks location is one of my favorites. It can get quite busy in the morning hours so I usually order ahead via mobile app. The barista's are friendly and helpful and the coffee is always done very well to order. One improvement they could make is to have a mobile stand or area to pick up as there can be several people waiting on mobile orders and the baristas are so busy they don't give you eye contact to tell them you are there to pick up your order and sometimes you can end up waiting for up to ten minutes for a mobile order. Not a fan of the system they have for picking up the orders, it could be improved for sure. read more

Yes, could've been better, I ordered a cold drink and there was so much ice in the drink that I really only got about 4 sips from the straw. Totally unacceptable. fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. That won't happen again as I will order the cold drink without ice and bring my own ice in a cup. All of the baristas were not friendly with anyone. It was embarrassing to see the interactions between the baristas making coffee and just bickering at one another and bickering at customers as well. I went at a prime time for coffee (Saturday morning 12/19/20) so I understand that they where overwhelmed with orders...but there is absolutely no reason to take it out on customers or co-workers. My recommendation is to hire better baristas that have excellent customer service skills and that can keep a composure during prime hours of coffee drinking. read more

I don't mean to be rude, but a barista has one job, to make a drink the way ordered. It's just really frustrating when you ask for a simple drink, like an americano with sugar, and they make it wrong adding a ton of milk and when you ask them to remake it they give you attitude? That's why u order ur coffee customized...follow the additional shots or drizzle because we pay for them. Don't say that you won't do it because it's "not our thing." I know the shots That I want, and I know how it should look with an affogato shot, and saying that you won't do it because "it's not the usual thing," In front of the customers. I know it's a different "concoction" because we pay for those extra. You never say negative comments where we (the customers) are right behind you. You do it because that's how the customer ordered it and payed for. Make it the way we order it and what we want in it. Came in for a nitro with cold foam and white mocha sauce, my drink was WHITE when it was handed off, I tried it even though I knew it was made wrong. It tasted like straight up cream, no coffee detectable what-so-ever. I nicely asked the barista if I could please have it remade and she took it a little too personally - insisting that I try it again. I confirmed with her that I did try it and that it was too milky and not consistent with what I get from every other Starbucks when I order the exact same thing the exact same way. She agreed to remake it after I didn't relent, and then walked me thru exactly how she made the first one while she made the second one the exact same way - wrong. She was rude and condescending, a customer should never have to argue about getting a $6 drink made correctly. I was a Starbucks partner for 4 years, I'm not ignorant to the standards of drink making and I know it isn't policy to argue arbitrarily with customers instead of making their drink the way they want it. Because of my past experience as a barista I am always kind and considerate to those serving me, but the young lady working last Sunday around 1:45 could use some serious coaching. I left with my gross drink and had it remade at another store who was happy to serve me and made it correctly. Honestly wish I hadn't tipped, but would never take my tip back from the tip jar. read more

Nicole has the worst customer service I have ever received. I asked for a s'mores frappe chino and her and the other employees laughed at me and made me feel bad.
