My tee time to play the back nine was at 6:40am, and I finished around 8:20am. My round was $18.00 including the cart. Every employee I talked to was kind and made sure I enjoyed myself. Most times I come here, there are frequent visitors that hang out to take photos and answer questions. There is lots of other wildlife to see, especially lots of birds. There's a small trail that goes through a wetland area, and that's just off to the left of the shelter. Just behind the shelter is a free library, and it looks rather new and in great shape. There's a port-o-jane in the parking lot, how convenient! No eggs in the nest this year, but there's high hopes for next year.

We really enjoyed the multiple fields, open spaces, and the really fun play place. It's not as massive as other parks in the area but given how few people we usually run into here you don't notice. There's also a walking path that we frequent for stroller walks or general exercise. There's a hiking path that we recently saw on a visit but haven't tried yet. We can't wait to come back and check it out!
