Overpriced, owner seems to be kind of skeezy, really just trying to get a sale out of anyone that comes by. I work down the street from this shop. For the last year I have purchased all of my vape needs from this location. Normally great customer service, with sometimes a long wait but thats understandable. Today I tried a different brand/flavor for $22.00. I am not exaggerating, it tasted like something was wrong with it. An hour after I purchased it, i called and asked about a partial refund if I brought the bottle back and purchased what I usually get. "no refunds". I totally understand this viewpoint but at the same time, I didnt want to be that guy that says "I spend about $500 a year on vape material, do you want to keep my business or lose it over $10?" as comments like this doesn't result in a policy change and just ends up making me sound like a jerk. However not being able to bend on a partial refund for a year long patron means I will now shop elsewhere. read more

This shop has a large selection of e-juice (but not salt nic)-- especially compared to most local vape shops. However, there isn't a great organizational system. The one person working was very friendly. However, he was busy trying to fix someone's vape, and instead of grabbing my juice and checking me out quick, I spent nearly 30 min waiting for him to finish before grabbing the bottle of salt nic that I wanted to purchase. I visit this vape shop weekly (I have for the past 2 1/2 years), and I have found every employee to be very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and they take each customer's individual needs into consideration when recommending a product. The store is always very clean and well-stocked. They have a rewards program, too. For every 10 bottles of juice you buy, you get one free. They also have weekly drawings for free bottles of juice. (My husband and I have won three times.) I don't know of the pretentious, condescending and rude "garbage human" Joseph B. referred to in his comment, but Joseph B., I, for one, am glad you found other vape shops to take your business to when you are in town visiting your parents. I love this place! Every time I need something or need help with any questions or anything about vaping, gravois vapor takes care of me! Everyone working there knows there stuff! I'm always telling people I know or meet that vape to come and check this place out because it's worth the trip. So before you buy anything anywhere else, at least give gravois vapor a try before you buy. I promise you won't regret it!
