Later, after I was dressed and leaving the bedroom area of the house, I was met with the same greeting, now coming from the guest bath! After having had a previous, very favorable engagement of his services--I called Boyd again! I told him the problems and we set an appointment. It was great to see that big, new, silver solution roll up to our house. Boyd sprang to work and got underway. A brief time later, we were back in business within the house with the system performing great. What is over and above for Boyd, is the depth of knowledge he has. His father had a septic business too, so you are benefitting from all of that bank of knowledge to handle virtually any septic situation. He's not a corporate conglomerate with flashy logos and embossed shirts, he's Boyd: a hard-working family man who cares deeply about hard work, honor, doing things the right way, and carries his responsibility well--for his family and his customers. While a new business, he'd passed all necessary testing, licensing and certification requirements. Since being in business for under a year, Boyd's personality, expertise and integrity have earned him a solid base of satisfied customers. I'm happy to join that fan club today too! He's fair, honest (in it for the long run) and he shows up when he says he'll be there, informs you along the job progress, and is honest. Highly recommended.
