I have to say their price was on par with any other we called and they came out on a Saturday. We have a 1500 gal tank which is a larger one when you have a disposal and by code is required. The technician was very polite and professional. He explained everything to us and walked us through maintaining the system and explained the filter cleaning if we chose to clean it. Scott gave a few recommendations to help with our septic issues. He and his assistant were not able to complete their work the first day until our electrician came to check other wiring to the system.
