I have to say their price was on par with any other we called and they came out on a Saturday. We have a 1500 gal tank which is a larger one when you have a disposal and by code is required. The technician was very polite and professional. He explained everything to us and walked us through maintaining the system and explained the filter cleaning if we chose to clean it. Well I immediately said ... umm I'm good I will call you guys back! . He was great and I highly recommend this company.

I was convinced over the phone to go with a longer drain field for an extra $500 because I was using the house as an air bnb. The guys came out and put it in with no one checking on their work and they left. For 2 months we had no one in the house and then had 2 people rent from us for one month, 2 days prior to them checking out the septic backed up in the house (how embarrassing for us) we were so upset. The owner came out and told us that if he had been there when it was installed he wouldn't have done it that way, he stated this to my husband several times. It cost us $2500 to have it done and he refused to do anything to rectify the issue, but did tell us that he would cut us a $500 break on a redo and it would only cost us $3000 to fix it.......Asshole!!! Don't use them, wrong way to do this kind of business in a small town.
