Airport long lines to get through customs. Even longer to get through the door out. Seems like no order once off the plane.

Small lounge, not comfortable. No quiet area. There is an outdoor area with seating, smoking room and non-smoking area. You get $20 food & beverage credit per person to utilize. Anything over that you pay. Used to open food and bar at most PP lounges or a higher credit $35+. Better than nothing. Alternative is hang at food court (wendys, dunkin donuts etc... ) read more

Used priority pass and I can unequivocally say this is the worst airport lounge I have ever been too. Do not waste your time it you pass and go elsewhere. The food in the buffet was mostly inedible. I was able to make a pb&j sandwich from the stale croissants which was mid. The rest of the food was definitely sitting there for like 6 hours. That includes fish and meat. Absolutely a waste of time and you should just go to Dunkin doughnuts. They do have their own wifi tho so not all bad. However you also have to pay for drinks and cocktails are about $13. The chairs aren't super comfy and you can't even bring outside food in. The staff were nice and aren't to blame for the worst airport lounge I've been to over like 7 countries. This might be the worst airport lounge I've ever been to. Just finding a waitress will take the entire time you sit there. When we were there the only food options were a Turkey sandwich and ham sandwich. Neither were good. They were pre packaged and soggy. Everywhere in this place and Nassau Airport is infested with bugs and tiny ants. Everywhere. All over all of our belongings. They are definitely infested, climbing across my shirt. I almost had a heart attack. They need to fumigation the restaurant and gate areas. read more

Lounge is dated but definitely appreciated as it seems to be the only option for US departures. I was given a $60 Priority Pass allowance for 3 ppl, which worked out perfectly to order some food (grilled salmon + penne + bottled water) to go. Penne was pretty basic; however, the grilled salmon was actually quite tasty, marinated Bahamian-style! Service was slow, but again, beggars can't be choosers. Check it out if you have PP allowance, otherwise it's a hard pass. read more

It's a place to sit before your flight. It's a bit run down and the food is extremely basic. Don't plan to be impressed and it's not worth paying the $25pp entry. If you have priority pass it's free and worth it just to get out of the crowds. read more

This is the Nassau priority pass lounge. If you plan your day right, you'll almost certainly end up here because you will leave wiggle room for customs and then you'll end up having a little extra time before your flight. It's fine. Nothing special. The furniture is worn but usable. There's a lot of outlets. No restrooms. The Wi-Fi is slow. You get enough credit for either a snack or a drink but not both. That's really why I ultimately dinged this place an extra star - when you're at an airport lounge you should be able to have at least one drink and one snack. Service was actually quite good and attentive despite what most of the reviews said. But, when we were there, we were two of five people in the lounge so I'm sure that helped. Having two people means you'll actually have enough for one snack and two drinks, which is we did. We got a pineapple and coconut rum (made with Ricardo for $9) and a screwdriver ($13?!). Then we got the chicken sandwich, which was pretty decent - tasty bread and hot chicken. I'd never pay the sticker price of $15 for it though. Thanks to the screwdriver we ended up about $6 over our priority pass allowance. Oh well! Not bad for a place to relax for a bit. There's definitely better priority pass lounges, but there's definitely worse ones too. If they adjusted the credit you get, or the prices they charge, or would be a solid 3 stars. read more

Very historical, I was given a tour of the wine cellar. It was beautiful. A lot of history in that restaurant. The service was great and the food was delicious. They had a lovely woman playing the piano. She was very sweet and took song requests. Loved the experience read more

This is specific to the airport and NOT the lounge. One Word - Horrible. Worst airport I've ever been to around the world. Security check points operate on island time and are completely stupid. Long lines - with no effort made to reduce the wait times. TSA pre-check is available here for US Citizens - but is randomly over ridden, creating longer lines for non-precheck lines. Forget the general niceness experienced throughout the island - at the airport the general attitude is "Fuck You". It's our 1st and last trip to the Bahamas and it will also mean that our recommendation to any and all people considering it - go elsewhere. Extremely expensive. Average cost of a meal for 4 people - $200.00 Lunch around a pool, $100.00. Cocktails; $50.00+ Go elsewhere - go to the Caribbean. Do NOT go to the Bahamas. As Americans let's make it "Game Over" for this idiotic destination. read more

"Priority" pass lounge--waited in line standing over an hour for somewhere to sit due to multiple flights delayed. Line was wrapped around outside the entrance. They still allowed an entitled, privileged, disgusting excuse of a mother and daughter to come together and demand take up two tables making other families wait even longer for a table because they couldn't dare sit at a table together even tho they came together. All so the daughter could watch her iPad and drink her Coke Zero. WEIRD. Anyway, the food was really bad. REALLY BAD. They were out of basil, lettuce, sauces other than ketchup, turkey, ham, salmon, and steak. Long wait for truffle fries which were really bad. Didn't get greeted or spoken to until i flagged a waitress down 20 min after being seated. Don't wait in line for this dog food. The furniture is plastic patio furniture-very uncomfortable. Wait in line for Wendy's if you're hungry. Lay on the floor if you want comfort. WiFi overwhelmed so no solid connection. Really only thing that didn't disappoint was the outlet charged our phone. read more

Strange. Can only have food service and sit in the dining area if you are a preferred boarding person. Otherwise they give you a drink from the bar and make you sit by yourself in the smoking lounge with no service. read more

Terrible service, the servers don't pay attention to you. Had to chase them down to put orders in, the server took my plate while I was still eating, WiFi doesnt work. If I had the choice definitely wouldn't go back. read more
