I will start out by saying our food was good once it was correct. We went at lunch and the service Was fast, but we ordered food and drinks. Our drinks hadn't came out by the time food arrived and I had to ask where our drinks were and apparently they were forgotten. Then my husband ordered a burrito and they brought out tacos for him. One of my fave spots to eat in the whole resort! First of all, I think the tacos are probably the best value you're going to find here. Generous amount of yummy meat and 3 for $18. On a resort where a salad can be $30+, this is great. I also enjoyed the elote! The vibes, atmosphere and location on the resort are excellent too. The predator tunnels are one of the coolest things. We arrived and it took a while to even get acknowledged. When we finally caught the server's attention, she ended up helping another table and just left my sister and me waiting. After about five minutes, I decided to walk over to the bar and found seats there. The bartenders were super friendly and accommodating, which was a plus. As for the food, it was pretty average--guacamole was okay, but the chip that came with it was super stale. We decided to share a barbacoa bowl, but it was a bit of a mess. They initially brought out tacos instead of the main dish, and it took another 10 minutes for our actual order to arrive. When it finally showed up, the bowl was lacking in rice and meat, and it was pretty bland. For $27, it definitely wasn't worth it--especially when you can go to Fieldtrip (Rice bowl spot on premises) and get way more for less. And honestly, the service from the maître d' was terrible. It was a frustrating experience all around. Overall, the food needs some serious work, and the service could use some improvement--especially from management--if they want to keep customers happy. read more

We arrived with 4 out of six people with our last two five minutes late and they refused to seat us when there were plenty of tables open. I ordered the conch salad and tried to order one shrimp taco and was told they don't make single tacos, only orders of 3. WTH?! They're making damn tacos by the dozens! My conch salad was tasteless and small. Big disappointment in food and service. Won't be back. Food also extremely overpriced. read more
