After 2 years of treatments 3x's a week - pain, suffering, thousands of dollars - I need a double hip replacement. The idiot Doctor Frank and his wife, him especially "allowed" me xrays after multiple requests by me. Denied me for over a year - he said to save me money!!! I need double hip replacement. He refused to speak to me immediately to give me the results of the xrays. I got the first THR and due to extenuating circumstances my second surgery is delayed more than 4 years and I use a walker and cannot walk on my own. If I had proper care I would have had the surgery prior to the complications. I should sue them but I'm too tired and distraught and had to file medical bankruptcy. The front desk was made up of moody receptionists and begrudging judgmental staff. Stay away they are quacks, frauds and scammers. Zero stars. read more

I have had incredible results with Dr. Franks adjustments and cold laser therapy. The pain in my knees is virtually gone. I was recently staying at my brother's home for 5 days. They have a long staircase and I must have gone up or down about 50 times with no pain. Then Dr. Frank used the cold laser on my neck pain. I have had neck pain for more that 35 years. The cold laser relieved about 90% of my pain immediately. I am going to continue to do maintenance on both areas and feel very grateful for the skill and compassion of Dr. Frank. read more

I've been going to a good Chiropractor lately to realize that this place isn't the best. The guy I originally went to see here had a hard time adjusting me, but I held faith in him. Their location on google was wrong for months, so on a few appointments I would get gps to the wrong place, then when I called to tell them I would be late because of that, they told me not to come in. Eventually after telling them twice about the wrong address on google they finally fixed it but never apologized. After that they pond me off to a younger guy that didn't adjust me or do anything, just told me to do some basic exercises. When I would request the original guy I was denied. So whatever. I'm now going to a chiropractor that actually has me on a plan, adjusts me, and has me get x rays to see what's really wrong. Turns out I don't have any curve in my spine like the doctor from this place told me I had by just feeling my spine. Very interesting. read more

Had an appointment that I drove 40 minutes to get to and because of road construction and being re-routed, I arrived late. I called the office 3 times to advise them of the situation but no one answered. The receptionist finally called me as I was pulling into their office and told me I could not be seen and I would have to reschedule. She was incredibly rude, uncompassionate, had a "tough shit" kind of an attitude. I've referred several people to this practice however, never again. Apparently they don't need any more clients. I called to get treatment as a new patient and the person on the phone, who refused to identify herself, said that CDC guidelines say that they cannot treat anyone who has traveled in the last two weeks. This is incorrect. She refused to say that it was their policy, which is fine, but insisted that it was a CDC rule even though no other provider has made this claim and I have gone to two other health care provider in the last month. So, a few weeks ago i absolutely messed up my left shoulder. Then, in my infinite wisdom, I allowed it to get worse until I could not lift my arm over my head. Once you need help getting dressed, it is safe to say it is time to seek medical attention. So, on a referral from a friend (thanks Carmen W.!), I made an appointment with Dr. sarah Peddie. Dr. Sarah Peddie is great - very nice and comforting, and she made me feel better immediately. It took a few sessions to feel completely better, but I really did feel results right away. And was able to start dressing myself again. I had several heat-ultrasound treatments, which were so great I am still hoping to find one of those machines on e-bay, and some more traditional massage techniques. They also hook you up with a website that shows videos of stretches and other relief techniques that really help in between sessions. And, it was great to see everything demonstrated correctly. I've been a patient of Dr. Frank for going on 10 years now. Writing a review for Dr. Frank is challenging in that I could write a novel about him and his sincere commitment in managing my overall health - not just my back. Dr. Frank is the most complete physician I've experienced. I say this having a bone disorder my whole life where I have been under the care of multiple endocrinologists and orthopedic surgeons for over 25 fractures and numerous surgeries. Dr. Frank's attention to my needs is unparalleled. Early on I remember a chiropractic appointment taking roughly 5 minutes: come in, lay down, adjustment, copay, see you next time. Dr. Frank asks real questions about what's going on physically as well as circumstances which may be contributing to the problem. But like anything chiropractic care is a commitment. My treatments for a sports related shoulder injury lasted several weeks. Dr. Frank closely monitored my progress and was attentive to my feedback. You could tell he genuinely cared. As time progressed, we slowly added more activities and eventually got to the point where I could go back to the gym. Greetings: I normally would not write anything about a business, but this time I deem it necessary. I have had an injury to my lower back, lumbar area for over 2 months. I went to the Mayo Clinic and they did an X-ray and sent me for Physical Therapy. I attended the therapy for 6 sessions, with no cure......my pain got worse....I am an avid runner and I found that after 2 months I could not run anymore. I had excruciating pain. Before going in for an MRI, I was referred to Dr. Frank...I have always been skeptical of Chiropractic medicine. I went to Dr. Frank.....we met, he was highly educated and well seasoned. I found his professional demeanor and his personality refreshing. He felt he could help me...he diagnosed me with a Sciatic issue....The Mayo didn't do that. For the past two weeks I have been seeing Dr. Frank....I can honestly say I am 90% cured. I am just waiting for him to give me the go ahead to run again. I have absolutely no pain in my lower lumbar anymore and just a bit of pain in my Glutes. I can function again....For two months, I had been limited in my movement with pain. Dr. Frank Sorrentino is the BEST! He has taken care of various back ailments; neck pain; sore shoulders over the many years we have gone to him. But this one, took the cake, so to speak....Several months ago, I injured my left shoulder. I let it go for several months (yes, I know that was a really dumb move) until I finally managed to get frozen shoulder. So, a torn rotator with frozen shoulder. A reasonably scary diagnosis....but Dr. Frank has worked on me for two weeks and the improvement is remarkable. He used ultrasound; therapy and electrode treatments. He has been patient with my wimpiness in the beginning and bent over backwards to get me cortisone injections when I needed them at the acute phase. He went above and beyond and I am very grateful. May 23, 2011 This is hands-down the best chiropractic care in the valley. I came to Drs. Frank and Sarah with extreme and chronic neck pain and headaches. I did not have a lot of faith that my pain would subside and I was skeptical of chiropractors in general. Dr. Frank was really patient and earned my trust over time. Within days of starting treatment, I felt tremendous relief. Initially, the relief lasted several days. Every few visits, the relief would last longer and longer. After about a month, I was completely pain free. I am now on a "maintenance program" where I get treated every couple of weeks. I truly was in such bad shape that I never expected to fully recover. My friend suggested that I go see Dr. Frank for the issues I was having in my neck and upper back. I was having sporadic numbness and pins and needles (which was really freaking me out) and they were getting more frequent even after going to physical therapy for 6-7 months. He was able to look at my MRI results and came up with a treatment plan. I ended up quitting PT and with Dr. Frank's help- the numbness and pins and needles became less and less frequent. I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr. Frank and the team - hands down the best around. I was in a car accident early January of this year and as a result suffered neck and lower back pain. I was an avid runner prior to the accident and was having a lot of discomfort when I started running again. I was referred to Physical Therapy by my doctor and was very disappointed in the results I was seeing. Lots of time in his office but seeing very slow progress. I was then referred to Dr. Frank about two months into my PT and decided to make the switch. After my first couple visits I was starting to feel better and knew I was moving in the right direction, there was hope after all! During my first appointment, Dr. Frank explained thoroughly to me why Chiropractic care was more appropriate than Physical Therapy given my specific injury and made a clear explanation of the treatment plan that we would take. All my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable and confident in moving forward. After a couple weeks of short visits to the office 3-2 times a week, I am feeling almost as good as I did before the accident and am back to running with very little discomfort. Dr. Frank was extremely attentive during my entire treatment and made sure during every visit that I was improving and seeing results. I've been visiting Dr. Frank at Grayhawk Family Chiropractic to get relief from occasional back and neck pain for the past seven years. There has never been a case when I didn't get complete relief after a few sessions. I live about 20 miles from GFC and there have been a few cases when I've waited three or four weeks before seeking treatment, thinking that the pain would eventually go away on it's own. It never does go away on its own, but it always goes away after chiropractic adjustments from Dr. Frank. He is truly expert at what he does, and he goes beyond what you would expect from an expert in his field. One thing I especially appreciate: he takes a real personal interest in his clients and has a tremendous memory for what I've told him in prior visits (about my exercise, work, family, etc.).
