Well today I called to find out why I haven't gotten my money back only to be told that's not how it works. You have to contact them within 6 months of the protection plan ending and you get store credit for that amount of money to buy more furniture which is the last thing that I need. I verified with my daughter who was with me when I purchased all the furniture that this was never what was told to us. I've been waiting for this money to pay some bills only to find out now I don't get anything. The furniture is not good quality and if I would have known I would have used the protection plan to have it either replaced or repaired all of it. My son's bed literally fell apart the wood just split, my coffee table fell apart, all the wood pieces have not lasted and look terrible and the couch that I purchased along with a recliner chair and that love seat have not held up at all and they're only 5 years old.
