I purchased a Catnapper loveseat and Couch, the stitching started tearing and coming out within the first week, it took moths for a repair, now a year later the handle for the recliner broke, some some came to look at it and told me they had to order a part when it can in they would come install it, weeks go by and I have hers anything, so I called them, and no one had a clue what I was talking about, after 10 minutes they found someone who might have remembered seeing the part came in and that i could come pick it up. When I asked well is someone going to come install it they told me you should be able to do it your self. The reason that small businesses aren't doing well is because of businesses like this. I custom ordered a couch and a few weeks later received an email that my couch was ready and would be delivered on a specific time and date. On the day of delivery at the time specified I hadn't heard from them yet and contacted to find out if there was a problem. At that time we were told that they were out on a different delivery and would be returning soon to get my couch and then deliver it. 3 hours later after getting rid of my old sofa, taking the day off of work and moving all of the things and other furniture for a smooth delivery I was told that the couch wasn't even there!!!!!!!! and wouldn't be delivered. I called the owner/manager to find out what they could do to help me out after wasting so much of my time and money and he said nothing, it wasn't his fault. I'm sorry but it's a small place, how could you not know that the couch wasn't there? It's your job as a manager to know what you have and where it's going!! I cancelled the couch and would not recommend buying anything from this store. No one cares anymore, this family business is a joke. read more

I contacted them about my problem with my Serta Blissful Excellence - Luna Vista - Plush - Pillow Top Queen and got no response earlier this year to my email. This company makes a promise to help you if you ev4er need warranty service and they let you down big time. I tried earlier this year to get a sagging problem fixed or refunded. And both Gray and Serta dicked me over due to 1.5 inch indentation not being present in pics. But with me on mattress. You can clearly see it goes more than 1.5 ins. Also, on Serta's website it states 3/4 inch indentation, but customer service says 1.5 inches. Either way no one has been any help thus far. Due to other health problems I was unable to file complaint sooner. I have a useless thing taking up half my bedroom. I want to get rid of it and get a refund. We purchased a sectional sofa from grays. First month or 2 everything was good. The recliner portion started leaning. The game out and the guy said it was fine. Now a few months later seats are leaning hard towards the arms. Call for service they said I had to take it in. Then said they would come out on Saturday. Wasted all day never showed up. No call nothing. Called some lady was suppose to call. Never did. Been a few days. No calls. I will not ever buy there again nor would I suggest them to anyone. Terrible service. read more

We've been to the store on three separate occasions. The 1st time we purchased a sectional, 2nd time we purchased a loveseat and sofa, etc. It's a family owned business, which makes us want to go even more to support the local businesses. They've always been so nice and patient and remember us every time we go. The 3rd time going, we are looking at gliders and will be purchasing one from them soon. We have no complaints. The 2nd time we purchased furniture, the loveseat was too big for our new living room and they allowed us to exchange it at no additional cost. read more

For a store that says they cater to seniors looking for power lift recliners, this was the worst experience. First, the entrance to get into the store is far from handicap accessible. The entrance ramp was steep and had no railing. A wheelchair could have easily fallen off the edge and landed on the steps. At the top of the ramp, there was not enough clearance to turn the chair because of all of the appliances stored there. Then, furniture needed to keep being moved out of the way to get to the room with the recliners. The salesperson repeatedly stated that they 'specialize' in selling these products and that they were very familiar with the Medicare reimbursement. Grey's provided the Medicare form and said, 'Just send this form into Medicare with the prescription and they will reimburse you for the motor.' Well, that is not the case. Then, they refused to make it right by completing the proper paperwork on their end to allow Medicare to certify them as a provider. When they finally decided to call my mother back they said they could not be bothered completing the application. Grey's Furniture DOES NOT qualify as a Medicare provider.
