Best collective in town, hands down. I'm a medical patient, been in this area for more then 10 years and this place is the first to provide quality medicine at black market prices. Where else in town can you get an 8th 28%thc for $15 out the door, tax included? I'll tell ya....nowhere! Was fine until it wasn't. Placing orders online and either pickup same day or scheduling for up to a couple days later was convenient. However the more I took advantage of this in combination with sales things changed. First time was I showed up on my scheduled pickup day and the order price wasn't honored because the brand I purchased was only having a sale on certain items, and the web site admittedly was in error because of staff. Rather than honoring the price I was comped an all in one cartridge. Fine. Second time I show up and my order price wasn't honored because, I'm told, they only honer the price for the day you pick up, not the day you place the order. So in essence the web site price is only valid if you do same day pickup. My online account and email receipt show one price total, paper receipt shows another. Moreover I had done this before, placed an order with sale items one day and picked up another, and there was no issue. I pointed this out to the staff. They verified that as recent as last month I had done this. Did anything change, nope. One guy in the back, who I believe is the manager, just shrugged and said "policies change". Well policies do seem to change, rather easily, like where I shop. read more

Ordered a one gram cartridge, with this much product missing from the top. This has been an ongoing issue, when receiving deliveries through this company. Upon speaking to the inventory manager there was minimal effort to correct the situation, we were told that product needs to be checked in parking lot to ensure that what we bought was up to par, or come into the store after we had a delivery to our home. The last option was to call the vendors for a refund. A company should ensure that the vendors product quality matches the pricing, instead of assuming. The better business bureau will be contacted in regards to this repetitive issue, that has not been resolved. read more

One of the cooler dispensary experiences of mine. I had been in a store that had their product just out on shelves. Just pick up and put in your basket. I do have to say I had noticed some of the same product from central Illinois but marked at a higher price which amazed me. Staff was cool though. The Sundial Collective ripped me off!! Absolutely horrendous quality of bud!!! I spent 3 times the amount of money here than at the other collectives in town and was only able to smoke 2 teensy bowls from what I bought - it was all stems and leaves. My severe chronic pain wasn't even touched by this bud. I used the last of my money on some expensive bud from this place that turned out to be worse than dirt bud. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! read more

Awful weed. Full of stem. First and last time I will ever go. An ounce was sticks and stems and hardly any bud. Seeds and probably only half an ounce of actual usable weed. It's garbage. Spend a lot of money at this location and frequent it a few times a week. I drive almost a hour to get here and tonight I got there a minute before closing to grab one thing and they already had their system shut down and turned me away. I tip every time and I've seen multiple people walk in at 8pm. I walked in a minute before closing and it's a quick shop so it's not like I wouldn't have been out before some of the others still shopping around not knowing what they want. I've never seen any of the people working tonight there before but usually I go during the day and I'm always treated very respectfully. While I was standing there from 7:59pm-8:00pm with their computer unplugged as they deliberated what to do as if it's hard to plug in one machine to scan an ID, they then looked at the clock again and said oh well it's 8 now we're closed sorry. Unfortunately I won't ever be coming here again after this. I bring several customers also, their loss. read more

This collective is usually fully stocked with what I need and the staff is always eager to help. I wouldn't consider it a 5 star due to the long process. Here it is: ID checked by security at door, ID scanned inside, order with a budtender on an iPad, wait for someone to grab your items, then finally wait for your name to be called and pay at the register. This place does not suck nearly as bad as the haters would have you believe. I've been in here twice and both times were a pleasure. The staff was kind, courteous and efficient. They had a nice selection of all kinds of THC heavy products and I was able to pick up everything I wanted without any fuss. This is a well-stocked and well staffed dispensary. Sometimes parking can be kind of tight if you get there during a busy hour, but you can always park across the street on the road as well.
