The only problem is getting the tree debris removed, the removal truck and crew do not come until after the cutters have finished. As i write this, it has been a week since the first trees were removed, and we cannot get reply as to when they will show up to pick up the trees. The value for the service is good, but completion of the work is a problem. Grays must have good cash flow since we have not paid them any money until the work is complete. I would suggest contacting Ace Tree or Champion Tree to confirm their tree removal process prior to hiring Gray's.

Even though I had another reliable tree service company, I decided to simplify the process and use the same company that my neighbor was using. While I am still going through the process (they are in my yard removing the tree parts they cut up previously), they have been fantastic through the entire ordeal. They were willing to get this tree off of my deck where it fell THE DAY OF THE INCIDENT. I was blown away. Not only that, but they were willing to take multiple vantage point pictures for my insurance company. They talked through the whole thing and made me feel much more secure in my first time having to make an insurance claim for my home with a tree falling.
