Now, while I believe the 3% charge on a credit card may be justifiable, assuming the business does not write off that fee as a business expense on their tax return, and many businesses do, the 3% charge on debit cards is in my opinion outright theft as there is no fee charged to the business for a draft of money using a debit card. I don't know if I could be any more disappointed in this place. Grazia was highly recommended by many people. I went in the first time and within a week my lashes started falling out. I thought it was just a fallout phase. So I had them redone and they charged me the full amount. Now, after going to a highly trained specialist, she explained to me that two and three of my lashes were bunched into one of their volume lashes. This is very bad for your natural lashes, FYI. Came up Grazia today for the first time for a pedicure. I booked last minute to fill an opening in my schedule while waiting on my dog who was having a procedure. The establishment was beautifully decorated, cleanly, and smelled amazing. All of the staff I encountered were very kind - I had Kate for my pedicure and she was super sweet, easy to talk to, and did a phenomenal job! I had been getting my lashes done in Arizona for about a year before my job moved me to Philadelphia. When I moved, I was terrified to find a new place because I had seen all of those horror stories about people's eyelashes falling off. I found this place on Groupon and figured I would give it a shot. Needless to say, I have been coming here for almost two years now. Kim does an amazing job at lashes. Other than lashes, I haven't had anything else done here but I probably will. I drive over 45 minutes just to come here because they are so great. Prices are super affordable as well. Came in for eyelash extensions. My eyes kept tearing up during the process because the lady smoked and used perfume to cover up. During the procedure staff would rush us. The lady had trouble separating my lashes so lots of pulling. I had to wait half an hour from my appointment to start. the place is decorated really cute. I would give the others a chance as this person that I got was new to the doing eyelash extensions. Nice lady though. read more

Carol at Grazia was recommended to me when I moved to the area by a colleague and I am so happy I took her recommendation. I travel for work and the online booking tool makes it easy for me to book an appointment on short notice when I find time in my schedule. The staff at the desk is always incredibly friendly and attentive. I've had a couple of different services by different staff and have been happy each time but Carol is definitely my go to. I called for a same day facial. After a few calls to get me scheduled, I walked in and everyone was so pleasant and I'm so happy that they could accommodate me at the last minute. I travel so much that it's hard to get time to take care of things like this.
