I am traveling out of town and had an oil leak, I just had an oil change before leaving town. So, I went to this location after reading good reviews. They were so nice and within 15 mins had confirmed the filter was loose so they tightened checked everything and did not charge me! Obviously as a female by myself they could have really taken advantage of me. Again, great service and HONEST caring individuals. I followed her to Grease Pro on Back Beach in PCB just west of Hwy. 79 and we were greeted promptly and the technician checked the tire. Horrendous service. The list of problems with the service I received is long. The most horrific is that the steering pump fell off while driving due to the heads being broken off the bolts and while repairing, there were 4 more bolt heads popped off the tensioner. This was after they worked on it. It doesn't stop there, the list goes on. If anyone would like to know more I'm happy to share, or to join in a class action suit for gross negligence. The district mgr said they will not even respond because I cannot prove it. What poor business practices. It's no wonder they have a 3 star rating. read more

Avoid grease pro in PC. Go to Express Oil, Take 5 or Firestone. Much better options. Grease Pro is clearly experiencing growing pains and the operations team is sub par. Employees are not trained and customer service is a low priority. The company policy includes that the local owner does not talk with customers and they actually acknowledge this in their response to my review. Truly amazing. This company is NOT accredited by the BBB and the majority of reviews on the BBB website are 1 star and advising consumers NOT to use grease pro. AVOID GREASE PRO. These Grease Pro locations will be a good site for a future bank or Canes Chicken in a few years. read more

Thanks Chris for helping me with my Lexus. I took it to other places and they told me my alternator needed to be replaced. Chris looked at my vehicle and realized it was just my battery. He save me $350 from other shops trying to rip me off. Christopher also displayed out rages Customer Service, he's awesome. Well they were wonderful, however my battery died two years later. Due to Michael I have been unable to get my oil changed in town and I am going on a trip soon. So I thought I'd just pop into the Grease Pro around the corner. What could it hurt? Oil change and tire rotation $91. YES. NINETY ONE DOLLARS. Whatever. But then I am told that one of the bolts holding my tire on was stripped while my tires were rotated and I can take my car to the GreasePro on Hwy 77 to get it fixed and they generously offered me 10% off to fix a problem THEY created. But the Hwy 77 store isn't answering the phone, so I should DRIVE there. And what? Lose a day of work. NO sympathy. They tried to blame me for the stripped bolt! NO customer service. I will never use another one of those quickie oil change places but ESPECIALLY not GreasePro. read more

If I could give this a zero than I would. Had oil changed here last week, pulled up and one car in one bay and four guys working. First guy watched me pulled up and ignored me and kept doing inventory took five minutes for him to get off a five gallon bucket and move the cone so I could pull in and that was only after the manager yelled at him. That was the highlight of my experience. Manager was too busy smoking cigarettes to do anything, did not show me dipstick until I asked, did not check air filter or anything else, vehicle came in after me and left before I did as they only did mine part time, took 45 minutes to change the oil. I could have bought oil and done it myself in less time. Zero appreciation that I was a paying customer. I will never, ever, go here again Worst oil change ever !!!!!! read more

Can I give zero stars!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS!! I went in with a squeaky belt, they spayed lubricant on it, which you don't do!!! That made even worse, such a loud noise! After getting up next day, car so loud I had to take to another repair shop, first question was "did someone spray lubricant on here?" Bad move that cost arm and leg for repairs. Pissssssssst off? My car randomly started overheating and that has never happened to me before. So I immediately stopped at a gas station to get more coolant and then my phone died. I was going to look up how to put the coolant in correctly, but couldn't since my phone was dead. My house was only a couple miles down the road so I tried to head back home, only for my car to start dangerously overheating again and I had to stop and there just so happened to be a grease pro right there. So I stopped there and a guy came out and helped me without charge. I felt embarrassed for not knowing how to do this basic thing, but I know nothing about cars. Christian and company are fantastic. I had 2 other shops tell me I needed my belts replaced. The quoted prices were ridiculous. When I arrived at Grease Pro and told these guys what I was here for, Christian immediately came over and said, "I got this." The other guys went on to assist other customers. My belts only needed to be tightened. They topped off my fluids and put air in my tires at no additional charge. Saved me a few hundred bucks from the other local rip offs in town. Took it to Toyota and found out GreasePro had drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil. Added the additional oil on top of old oil. Went back to GreasePro and requested reimbursement of Toyota's charges and not only did they not compensate me for their shoddy work, they were rude and defensive. read more
